Went in looking for an 810 drip tip and couldn’t find what I needed at first. Mentioned it to Sean and he proper went out of his way to sort it—ended up getting me a replacement and even a bubble glass for my Zeus tank.

Top service, really helpful and actually cares about getting you sorted. Big respect, will definitely be back

Popped into the Huntingdon store a couple of days ago for some pods which she didn’t have. Really friendly reception, and after hearing a conversation I was having with my fella about my unit which was leaking (leading me to believe I probably needed a replacement) the lovely girl offered to take a look at mine and was able to offer a really simple fix for the problem (airflow setting) She could have pushed the new unit solution, but instead chose to offer great service. I usually just pop into the most convenient shop for vape supplies, but will now, wherever possible, choose this shop.

Awful customer service, completely ignored on Friday 3rd October, sales assistant on his phone and just ignored me then seemed aggravated when I was asking about the vapes, I ended up walking out.

Today I went in Time2Vape kings Lynn and can honestly say I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a very long time! I am so so sooo happy with my purchase, the knowledge, and experience! Merlin really is a massive credit to the store! Thankyou so very much! Will be returning very soon!

Would do less than a 1 star if I could.all of their vape juices are expired as of last year their knowledge is very minimal I recommend using pomona st dairy vape shop they have lots of good priced stock cheaper than time to vape and they are all within the expiration date

Bought a cue 2.0 last year. got told stock coils/ pods.... now they never have it in, so have to get another kit. annoying

Used to be my fav till I went online got a decent vape and got sent a lost Mary ….they didn’t respond for days and when they did they told me it was being dispatched that day and it’s now been over a week

Staff are always polite and willing to help with any question. Would recommend to anyone.

Just came into the sudbury store and all I can say is wow! The guys behind the counter have amazing knowledge and their service was impeccable! I spent 30min badgering them with questions and left with a new device (the oxva pro 2 if anyone wants to know) and a selection of vape liquids! I will be returning in the future!

In relation to my visit, I wasn’t the best of pleased with the service in regards to the speed of my experience in the sense of only one person working at a time, which following most store policies this goes against everything in regards to safety in the work place.

I have been into Saffron Walden Branch and Bishop’s Stortford Branch. Absolutely useless. Vape fluid own brand at best sweet leaves horrible taste at worst little taste. Both high streets have great Vape Shops with knowledgeable staff unlike untrained staff at Time 2 Vape I will never use Time 2 Vape again. Very poor products nasty rude staff untrained, scruffy, shops messy and poor products. Prices expensive for second rate products.

Overall it is nice shop and friendly..experienced staff. Only one person. Who always looks not tidy . smells bad. Very poor English. For him is difficult to understand and find what customer asking for... As well offered to me choose and pick vape liquids. 😳🤣I was confused. And said. What he is the seller . But I'm only a customer. He was rude with me. I think .some people can't to work with customers.

I have received the wrong filter yet again, not only that, I have e mail last week and I have had no reply…..

Visited today for the second time
First time I was looking for a refillable device to move myself away from disposable vapes, after explaining my needs and budget they recommended the Vaporesso Xros Pro, The cashier happily showed me a few tips and tricks with the vape, filled the pod for me and sent me away with a ready-to-use kit, i have now been using this for a couple of months and getting on great with it. 11/10 service.

Today I went in to get some more vaporesso pods as well as with an interest in getting my hands on a larger kit to be able to have one at home and one at work- as well as wanting to look into moving to a coil replacement option with a larger tank. after explaining there were no budget constraints etc, Tom G guided me towards the Geekvape Aegis Legend III kit, showed me the inside and out of how to use it, as well as allowing me to hold the device to see if it was what I wanted- after lots of great information and an easy transaction I left with the Vape Kit, the two batteries required, a battery charger, spare coils and some top up vape juice all for a very reasonable price. Excellent Staff, excellent selection and always a smiling face to meet you as you walk in the door. I travel from fakenham to norwich to use Time2Vape and couldn’t be happier, well worth the trip.
