Unreliable equipment, unsupportive staff and a complete waste of money
Great Product, Terrible Customer Service
Honestly, I couldn't have experienced worse customer service. I feel like as a company that deals with security and potentially vulnerable people can at least provide decent and prompt customer service. I was charged for three months of subscriptions while trying to cancel it but not knowing how (I'm sure it was simple right) but the responses were like AI and incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Such a shame, the cameras were great but shocking customer service. Something that's not reassuring when you're dealing with security cameras.
No support responses
No response to emails, nobody answers the phone, no response to voice messages.
Their products are (or were) good but I'm concerned they are going out of business. Still active on Companies House but making loses and only 1 employee listed.

Looks like they have gone and unfortunately I don;t think any other cameras will work with their app.

What has happened to Time2 Technology? I spent last week emailing, telephoning, sending support tickets, leaving messages on their answer[phone as there never seemed to be an agent available. Hard to contact on web page
Previously bought the cameras, no problems but for some reason the site is not showing items “cannot be found “
Have checked with companies House to see if the company is still trading which it seems to be , but nothing can be ordered on the web page .
Nightmare
Bought a Luna camera a few years ago almost impossible to set up. It went back to the manufacturers once. Did manage to pair it with wifi eventually. Had worked pretty well since until new wifi router and now the set up nightmare returns. Do yourself a favour but a Ring camera .

One of the items has to be return, trying to get hold of someone to speak to is a nightmare. Just over 3 minutes on the call it goes into message instead of ringing anymore. tells you to leave a message never get back to you if you leave one. below is the list of call I've done this morning

Our Olivia 2 was well beyond its warranty period so they could easily have washed their hands of the issue but Akeel responded quickly and could not have been more helpful in trying to help us resolve the issue.

This is a great company for security…
This is a great company for security cameras , I have them in my home in Scotland and in Tenerife for a few years now so they are tried and tested, simply download the app and plug and play, you don’t need to be an expert to install.
The best thing about them there is no monthly costs and there after sales support is fantastic, I had a problem with my cameras on my I phone today and they called me at the time requested and fixed the problem, by the way it was my fault that I lost my cameras.
Please don’t waste your time and money looking elsewhere this system is great they have outdoor cameras starting at £49.

Clear and effective Advice from Akeel
I contacted the support team with a question by email and shortly after received a support ticket reference and confirmation that somebody would be in touch with an answer. Akeel replied same day and the response was clear and informative totally answering my question - I have now configured all of my 5 'Olivia' cameras in the way suggested and the problem ahs been solved.

Brought a set of 3 cameras a year ago off Amazon,
Paid a year up front for cloud storage now the year is up they only do monthly plans WHY.
I hate things coming out my account every month rather pay for the whole year up front, wish i never brought these now

I have now 5 cameras
I have now 5 cameras, all working as expected. My problem was with the cloud service. Multiple times it would tell me the same message, often in the middle of the night! The relevant messages were dealt with one the first one. However they repeated and repeated. I emailed my grievance and within the same day I had a reply and a call from Hope. She was very patient, unlike me by this time. She guided me through what was happening and resolved it all in that one call.

I would recommend you avoid this company at all costs. First I was sent items unfit for purpose so I returned them within the date and now they are not refunding my money. I sent the items by tracking and they even acknowledge they received them but still haven't given my money back. I am reporting these people to my bank.
Also they say they are based in the UK but every time I ring I get a foreign accent that seems to be based off shore.

I have used this company on two occasions and the equipment is first class, the easy to follow instructions are second to none and the results are outstanding.
