The oldschool business model still works... I have to admit that I've doubted the service for a second as my tiles only arrived one day later than expected but Shaun has been dealt with my case with a lot of care and he made up for the lack of online tracking with his calls :) Delivery man was also super nice, 1 tile cracked but luckily had enough spare so no hard feelings :)

I would highly recommend using this company. Great service from Shaun and his team.I was looking for tiles that had been discontinued with my local tile supplier and found them on their website. I used the chat service and Shaun gave me a price including delivery straight away.. called up to pay and they we delivered a few days later.

My experience with Tiles2go has been very good. From my first enquiry all the way to receiving delivery of the tiles, adhesive and grout, I received good information with a specific date for delivery.
All the items received were well packaged. The delivery person was very helpful and took care with unloading the items which were on a small pallet.

Order was delivered quickly with very good communication from the office. When one box contained 3 broken tiles they quickly refunded me for half a box. Very happy with the customer service - and it's not very often you can say that these days!

I found this company whilst we were all on lockdown. Luckily for me three members of staff were doing some renovations to their showroo. However, the gentleman I spoke to went above and beyond to locate a particular tile I was looking for, managed to secure the last 5sq.m in the country and these were deliveried to me promptly and efficiently. Excellent service, friendly and very helpful. I live in N.East England and had better service from Tiles2go, than I've had from my local tile suppliers. Definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

I do not normally give any company 5 stars but in this case can only do , from the initial 1st contact regarding supplying and costing of tiles, they replied within 24rs with all the information required, there prices were excellent and so was the customer service, would recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying tiles on line .
