Beautiful tiles received from tile mountain, our go-to online store. Unfortunately 3 were a different colour but this was quickly resolved and rectified by Karen in customer service, it was super easy and replacement tiles sent out the same day with next day delivery! We ordered 2 types of floor and wall tiles which are stunning and just as we had hoped for. However, we needed to return part of our order and contacted customer services for support, I found our advisor Rabia Idrees extremely helpful, I received quick responses and the return was resolved promptly. We would definitely use tile mountain again and would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, damage can occasionally occur while individual samples are travelling through the parcel network. Our full tile orders are delivered using a palletised courier service, which provides a much safer method of transporting tiles and helps to significantly reduce the risk of damage.

Easy to deal with, answered phone calls, and addressed all my queries.
Products arrived as stated, and the courier placed the tiles as near to the entrance as was physically possible. This helped us, we could then place the individual packages into the lift withouth any hastle.

Just to clarify, our 10×10 samples are cut from full-size porcelain tiles, meaning the sample edges are cut rather than factory-finished. Small cut pieces can therefore be more susceptible to chipping around the corners during handling and transit.
Porcelain is chosen for its excellent durability and suitability for flooring. Once correctly installed, the full-size tiles are designed to withstand day-to-day use, so a small chip to a cut sample corner isn’t representative of the finished floor’s performance or durability.
