We have had amazing customer service
We have had amazing customer service experiences on multiple occasions of going to Tile Mountain. Every member of staff is so friendly and welcoming, they have helped this difficult process go through with ease. Even when we had a sticky situation with broken tiles, Fahad delivered an excellent service. He handled the situation with patience and he is very quick at understanding and facilitated their replacement with ease and without stress.

Amazing Delivery Service.
Order placed early evening and was received lunchtime the following day.
There were a few tiles in the delivery which were broken. Tile Mountain were contacted. They dispatched replacements the same day. Misbah's email response was very apologetic over the issue.
No problems with replacement tiles.
Excellent communication at all times.
Would thoroughly recommend their service

The three guys delivering couldn’t find my house. I had to go down to the main road to help them .

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service. They looked after me at every step of the delivery journey. QR codes to report if any damage was done during delivery on the packaging. It just shows that they wanted it to come all in one piece.
The flooring itself is flawless. It got laid down beautifully and easy.
