One of the most poorly managed…

One of the most poorly managed establishments I've witnessed in London... I purchased 10 entry passes for myself and my friends. While my friends were admitted early, I was delayed due to work. Upon attempting to enter at 1 am, a security guard demanded a video call with my friends inside, despite their lack of cellular connection. It was evident that the management lacked basic reasoning skills and common sense.

Drag Bingo

Went for Drag Bingo - toilets filthy, crappy plastic fold up chairs, freezing cold venue, food utter cr*p, advertised as bottomless prosecco but had to keep waiting to be topped up, and was only served 3-4:30 not 3-5. Drag Bingo show excellent - shame about venue. Toilets absolutely disgusting.

Worst club in London

Group of 8 (couples) went to celebrate a birthday. Terrible experience. Overcrowded, smelly atmosphere.

Main issue is the door/security staff extremely rude and acting like gangsters. No respect for their customers. Went to make a complaint about a door staff to the security manager and he was so unprofessional and rude. Challenged us when we said we are going to take this further due to his attitude not dealing with the issue.

Bar staff friendly but drinks are proper watered down and expensive.

Don't waste your time and money going to this unprofessionally run place. If there was a zero star I would've gave that. The owners of the venue should get their act together and terminate the contract of this unprofessional security firm.

Pathetic place

Pathetic place. The staff at the entrance is the worst and rude. They are not respectful and ask silly questions at the time of entering and they will not allow you to enter inside. Just avoid this place. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Don’t ever visit this place. WORST WORST WORST place.

Security are thief

The security at the door steal things from your bag and then turn on their body cam and in case you approach to take your staff back they will assault you. Stay away from that place

Bad place and unfriendly staff

I have never in my life met such arrogant staff and security. One thing we did not feel was welcome.

I would recommend the owner to learn the staff how to be kind and not jump up at first possibility to start an argument with a guest.

I have never in the five years I have worked in nightlife, seen anything like this..

I don’t recommend going here.

Poor management

The situation at the establishment regarding staff payment is extremely concerning. It is disheartening that the hardworking staff members are not receiving their rightful compensation, despite having proof of their work. Basic humanity dictates that employees should be paid for their efforts, especially in an establishment with significant historical background. The management bears responsibility for this unfortunate state of affairs. They should address and rectify this issue promptly to uphold the principles of fairness and respect for their employees.

Hi everyone

Hi everyone, I love Tiger Tiger as it's very spacious and the music is my taste.
However I have to say that they have not allowed me inside as I was by myself. Unfortunately my friends did not confirmed. I am 50 year old and I was denied entrance.
This to makes no sense at all.
So next time will ask my mom to accompany me🤣
I am a regular there. Normally going with friends. But that Saturday I was alone.
I have to say, to be really honest, that the staff should improve in kindness.
They give the impression of dealing with criminals and not with people who wants to dance and have a good time.

Probably the WORST club ever in Central…

Probably the WORST club ever in Central London!!!
Had a bad experience in the club last weekend and they charged £20 for the entrance and rip off drink charges. Also check all google bad reviews.

I also lost my belongins in the club which include my jacket and keys, which i emailed and no response back.

I just want to say i am speechless and sorry for the bouncers ...they must be living an empty life if they disrespect people for no reason...ignorant ..so rude.

I honestly cant understand why this club is still operating and much better places nearby.
Please i request dont go this club. They have no customer service whatsoever and do not deserve any custom at all.

Tiger Tiger Soho

Last night in the Tiger Tiger by Soho myself and 8 other girls (that I’d spoken to, could’ve been more) had our phones stolen out of our handbags. I took a photo with my friends, put it in my bag and clipped it. I checked for my phone about 2 minutes later and my bag was opened and the phone was gone.
Obviously thieves operate everywhere, but I wanted to warn everyone about the security. We made them aware of what had happened and the first guy we spoke to was very understanding, however the rest of the security staff were not. They were searching people on the way out and we saw two men we recognised see the searches and run through smokers. I shouted that two guys just ran away to alert the security and my friend ran after them. A bouncer well over 6 foot got up in my face and told me to shut up or they’d stop all of the searches, and (a female!) security guard ran after my friend instead of the two men, manhandled her and told her she’d call the police on her if she tried to run after them. She said she was running after the two people and she told her she didn’t care and they weren’t interested in following them. They then proceeded to mock the group of girls stood waiting to see if the thief had been caught (there was a group of about 6 of us stood waiting) as one of them was crying, and spoke down to us the entire evening.
At around the same time this was happening, my friend was nearly assaulted by a man who started barking at her like a dog and then got physically threatening with her, however I don’t know the full details of that incident yet.
Honestly I would never ever go back to that venue, or any other Tiger Tiger. Considering the reaction of the security in such a black and white case as theft I’d hate to imagine their reaction a less clear cut situation, such as spiking.

Worst club ever

Worst club ever, don't honour their bookings, booked a bottomless brunch for Christmas as advertised in Time Magazine only to arrive after considerable expense and effort to be told they could not honour the bottomless brunch and that we could only have one glass of Prosecco (hardly the xmas spirit ) this was not what we had paid for. We complained in writing to the management who are rude and incompetent and have as yet not refunded us even though the staff on the night said we would receive a full refund. They have no customer service whatsoever and do not deserve any custom at all.

Treated like an Animal

Due to the events at Tiger Tiger on the 30th of October I would like to make a complaint. My friends and I visited your club for the first time and are shocked to how your staff treated us.
When we arrived we entered the queue accordingly and everything seemed good however, after about 20 minutes of queuing it started to get a bit claustrophobic. There was way to many people let through to the queue in the alleyway and with people pushing and shoving this didn’t help. I explained this to multiple workers and they just kept letting people through causing it to get tighter and tighter.

The safety regulations in place were inhumane. My friends and I felt in danger of being harmed by others in the queue. For the amount of security you pay to have, it doesn’t make sense how something like this could happen. It appeared your staff were not doing their job appropriately, as other busy clubs have no trouble with queues.
As we were about to get our id’s checked the door was shut and the entrance we had just been queuing for, for about 40 minutes closed, with no explanation.

A worker, who was wearing bunny/cat ears, said “if they want to hurt and kill themselves, they can hurt themselves” to her colleague earlier in the night. This was disgraceful after queuing for 40 plus minutes in a trapped enclosure and to be made to feel like animals, I had had enough. Luckily her colleague told me that we’d get discounted price on drinks before 1 still, as we are all students.
Finally once we got in and went to buy a drink the bar man told me that student prices had ended, this was at 20 past midnight.

DO NOT VISIT AT ALL COSTS!

In July I booked Tiger Tiger in Cardiff for one night as part of my best mate’s stag do. What I didn’t expect was to have to fork out £120 to do so, before the night had even started. That’s just the beginning…

The thought of ‘happy hour’ was delightful, even if it was just for half hour as that was the only slot available that night. Sadly, this wasn’t the case.

‘Happy hour’ finished at 10pm. The six of us, our stag group, arrived at 21:30 to be seated at a FOUR seated table, squashed like sardines. This however wasn’t going to stop us having a good night. After we had picked our drinks from the list, we then had to wait half an hour to be served as we weren’t allowed to order at the bar at this point due to covid restrictions. As we hit 10pm, ‘happy hour’ was finishing. The waitress assured us that they would honour the deal though. HOWEVER… the deal was only running on cocktails. What they DID NOT mention before I booked was that they had no cocktails that night. Sorry?! No cocktails?! Immediately we asked if they would honour this promotion for other drinks to substitute the poor result of no cocktails. No was the answer. Great! So we’ve specifically booked the only slot remaining to be told that actually ‘happy hour’ wasn’t a thing that night. My money’s been taken but a service has not been provided and now I’m £120 worse off.

Fair enough, Bruno (the nightclub manager) told me I would be entitled to a full refund but that’s part of the whole issue. Six weeks later, I’m still here waiting for communication back from anyone. Emails have been sent, NO REPLY. The phone number on the website doesn’t connect and the social media platforms are fickle with no response either.

What was supposed to be a great night as part of a stag do, ended up being a horrendous one!

Avoid at all costs!

We booked a table for 6 people in Cardiff for my friends stag at a cost of a £120 deposit. We arrived at the designated time and we waited 20 minutes to be allowed in, after which they crammed us in a 4 person booth which we accepted as we just want a drink. We got told it was table service, and after 30 minutes we flagged someone down, who told us they will be right over. 10 minutes later they came over, to tell us that they aren’t doing cocktails that night, so we ordered different drinks. The order came to a surprising amount of money due to the happy hour we booked to get there for only being valid for cocktails which they weren’t serving! So we cancelled the order, but they refused to give the best man his deposit back right there, so the “manager” gave him a number to call, which turned out to be fake! Very poor management, very poor service and to top it off we paid/ or more accurately got scammed £120 for this experience. Avoid at all costs!! There is a Yates down the road, go there, they were great and saved our night and the stag! Don’t go to Tiger Tiger!

The customer service was great, the product fell apart 🙄

The customer service was great, friendly Chap. So that is why I'll give it atleast 2 stars. However my product was faulty, I bought a clock labeled 'Alarm Clock' However it was a normal clock (thanks), also the back fell off when I opened the package (carefully, this wasn't my cause it was the clock itself) then the back of the clock would not clip back on. Thankfully I have superglue and so was able to glue the back back on. Your products should fit, and not fall apart.
If your customer service was shoddy I would give a worse review, but thankfully your customer service, as in the man who sold me the clock, was very good.
Sort
out your products please.
Customers should not buy items which fall apart.
From A loyal customer, of Danish parents, Arne, living in England sort yourselves out.
Thanks.

WORST place EVER !!!!

WORST place EVER !!!!! Would never ever recommend anyone to go there, and would give minus 5 stars if I could. I had my worst night out there with friends celebration birthdays, as the bouncers ruined the whole night! We had a VIP table booked with drinks last Saturday upstairs for a big group in London. Then downstairs when going to the dance floor a bouncer kick 2 of us out without any reason, as he thought we're too drunk/tipsy and said 'get some fresh air and wait for me to come back for you'. But we weren't drunk, just wanted to dance and had a good time till. It is winter and freezing cold outside and didn't have any coat on, or any bag. He of course NEVER came back, and nobody wanted to let us in again, just after completely frozen down and bagging a lot to at least get our coats, because it's freezing, and still only one of us could go at a time.

Now I'm off sick with fever and tonsilitis since 5 days and taking antibiotics because of these stupid bouncers keeping us outside in winter freezing cold wearing just a dress without any coat!

Well done for that staff!!! None of us would ever come back for sure, if you're thinking to go there, I would NOT!

Appalling Tigertiger attitudes .

We reserved a "VIP" table at Tigertiger in Portsmouth . £300 !!
For that we had maybe £40 worth of Free Drinks , a Reserved table and the rudest and most appalling Service . When a friend was dehydrated I asked at the bar for water for her . The young man serving shouted " NO ! I'm not serving you ANYTHING . I don't like you people . " This is because we are not English people . We did nothing to deserve this treatment .It destroyed our Birthday Celebration. It's appalling that Tigertiger would behave in this way and if I could give them ZERO stars I would.
