The safe is exactly what we wanted. The only knock is that the delivery was delayed, and it took some follow-up to track it down and get it here. Once here the delivery guys did a good job.

Problem resolved
We were able to come to a satisfactory resolution to our problem. Customer service was great to work with. I assume the safe would be good, if it hadn’t been damaged in transit. One star off for shipping company damaging the product. This once again is a problem with the shipping company, not the company that made the product or the product itself. I would order again from Tigerking.

Good solid safe
Ordering was easy, and the safe arrived pretty quickly. It was well packaged. The bottom had a protruding dent, which would scratch a surface if slide on it. The stick on feet would protect surfaces when sitting still, but are not strong enough for sliding such a heavy safe. You'd need screw on rubber feet. There are no holes for mounting the safe. The online warrantee is only available if ordered from Amazon. The electronic keypad and emergency keys worked fine. Pretty solid construction. I saw no mention of drop height survival, for if the dwelling burns down and the safe falls through floors.

This is my second safe
This is my second safe. Its great for storing my coin collection. Good quality. Very reasonable prices shipped fast. Only 1 thing is when Amazon ships it I ended up with 2 large pallets. First safe i bought from Tigerking used FedEx he took them with him. Very satisfied with the safes.

Safe completely stopped working…
Safe completely stopped working correctly. Have very valuable things inside that I’m unable to have access to.
I went back and forth with customer service. The conclusion we came up with is a refund on the extra set of keys I paid for.

The safe is fine customer service ghosts
The safe is fine, but the after sales service is awful. They are not interested in helping, zero creative thinking (I wanted to move into a larger safe). They just stop responding to you and completely ghost. I will not recommend buying a safe here nor will I buy another one. I have sent 2 emails that they have just completely ignored even though I am offering to pay for all of the return moving, shipping, and packaging needed to exchange.
