Like New HP800 G2 Refurbished by Joy Systems

I received a manufactured authorized refurbished HP ( HP 800 G2-SFF I5-6400 SYST2.7GHZ 1) that is super quiet and looks brand new. The hard drive is an SSD 256 gig and the processor is intel i5-6400 with quad processors. Excellent performance using WIN10. The finishing on the tower box is finished as good as new. The start up time is much better than my prior system. JOY does a great job with refurbishing to HP's specification, and the system comes with a new key board and mouse, It doesn't support HDMI cable from the HP to the but I had another cable that worked. The documentation from Joy Systems gave me a heads up. Naturally the windows set up from Microsoft was tedious to go through. I'd buy another system from JOY Systems any time.

DONT SHOP HERE

DONT SHOP HERE! My complaint is literally the same complaint I’m seeing on other review sites- it used to be reputable but not anymore. Bought an IPad, they cancelled without notice- dozens of other reviews say it’s to collect data and spam and sell to others. Just run.

Can't trust them

Pathetic service. They cancelled orders without any email or notifications. I don't think this website can be trusted.

0 STARS!! Bernie Madoff Company.

0 STARS!!! I'll add to everyone else's negative reviews of this awful company who misled their customer to take advantage of themselves. I ordered an iPad Air and logged in a few days later to find it had been cancelled without any notification and my payments is still pending - so they are holding my money. Hopefully they cancel all the cancelled transactions, but I bet they are investing them for their own gains somehow. Then selling all of our information.

Posted FAKE Apple deals only to get new customers and collect data for 3 days then blamed it on a glitch. No emails to let us know our orders were cancelled. Will keep data collected to spam us and sell it to partner companies. This should not be allowed. The company should be punished for this scam and not be allowed to use the data they collected in this scam.

I needed ink for my Epson 7800 printer

I needed ink for my Epson 7800 printer. I went to the tiger direct website and found what I wanted and saw that it was in stock. I ordered it and was charged immediately obviously. When I finally received it and open the package it was the ink for a completely different printer. I called immediately and after being on hold with while the person licked into it they said oh was our mistake we didn't have any in stock. I said okay I will send it back and I want to refund. I said no problem I will send you a shipping label. Few days later no shipping later and I called again and was still the same thing. A few days later again same thing. And then I was told they have to wait for a return authorization from Epson, my pressures was from tiger direct and I don't understand why they will not do something the refund the money for what was obviously their mistake. Their customer service just runs in circles and I don't know if they're hoping I would just forget about it. I'll never do business with them again and I'm still trying to get my money back..

Cancelled my order with no email, holding my money hostage …

Cancelled my order with no email notification. Seems like this is standard operating procedures at this place - pretend like they have items, accept credit, then slowly return credit when no item ships. Sketchy at best. Seems like this is highly unethical and misleading, perhaps borderline fraudulent. Avoid this place.

Offered discounts and kept my money!

They offered discounts on many of their Apple products and scammed me out of a lot of money. I ordered a MacBook and an iPad from on Saturday and received a cancellation notice today, four days later. Who knows how long it will take to get my money back. I would not order anything from this company unless you want your money tied up for weeks. What a shame!

I remember TigerDirect from back in the…

I remember TigerDirect from back in the day when it used to compete against Best Buy and new egg, as well as other ‘computer’ shops as we used to call them. My last positive experience with them was in 2015. Since then they’ve been going downhill. Last weekend they seem to have great sales on the new iPads, so I figured I can give them another chance. I was wrong. After days they just sent an email saying they will refund everyone because it was a price mistake. However, I lost out on a legit sale at target as a result.

I know it’s no big deal, as I didn’t lose money like others here, but I did lose out the opportunity to buy from a reputable merchant because of them. I don’t recommend them anymore

Apple Scam

Scam. Holding funds from cancelled Apple Product orders that were never going to be filled. “Sold” Apple products way under cost knowing they would never provide the product. Caused losses to retailers who price match. No notice of order cancellations. Now this scam “company” has customer information to sell. I thought Tiger Direct was legit. Boy was I wrong.

Fake Sales, Keep Money for as long as possible

Ordered an iPad and MacBook in separate orders, both were mysteriously cancelled with no notification of cancellation. They have pulled off these fake "sales" before, and although they claim it was caused by some sort of human error, it is simply not possible with the amount of times this has occurred. This is clearly an attempt to either get customer information (signed up on newsletter) or fix some sort of cashflow issue, as they have not refunded yet either. Please, please STAY AWAY!
