Tier.net has been nothing but amazing. I have been looking for so long for a company that offers High-End Dedicated Servers that would be reliable. What I didn't expect is for them to also have an amazing support and on top of that allow you to configure your server the way you would want it with any add-ons you require. They also offer one of the best prices on the market, I have only managed to find 1 or 2 providers that were cheaper and they all had bad reviews or didn't allow for optimizations or full access.

It doesn't matter how many times I have sent for their support they were always very patient and very friendly, this by FAR has been the best support and server optimization I have seen so far on the market and I have tried a lot of other providers, my only wish is for them to keep up the high standards because I honestly can't thank them enough for all the support they have given me.

I have been with these people for many years. I have only good experience with them. They are reliable, quick to solve issues, and their prices are very reasonable compared with the rest of what else you can find.

OMG Tier.Net... I have been using them for well over a decade. They are not only the number one host I recommend but their support is light years ahead of everyone else.

My ONLY gripe is that they use Tawk.to and I'm not a fan of the chat UI, however, that is a cosmetic grouse.

Overall they have the best hosting on the market at the most affordable rates and are willing to work with people on whatever they need including Colocation and custom builds.

Strongly recommend them - coming from someone who used to run a data center, WISP, and more. Love these guys (and gals).

I have no idea why he wasn't annoyed at me with all of those questions, customer service is top notch, been using the servers since yesterday and they have been performing as expected.

Our journey with Tier began when we sought a new data center partner in Ashburn that offered what our previous partner could not, in terms of support, accommodation, ease of use, affordability, and more. I stumbled upon Tier on a hosting forum, and from what I saw, everyone sang their praise.

I reached out to them and sent an overly detailed email with a lengthy list of requirements, not expecting much. To my pleasant surprise, Tier came back with an offer I could not refuse. It was even better than what I asked for. I requested a custom clause in our contractual agreement, which they accommodated very graciously.

Next, it was time to test out deployed systems, and as I expected based on my experience with the sales team, the performance was top-notch in every aspect. You ask (within reason, of course), and Tier delivers. After an extended testing period, we expanded our footprint with Tier into two additional locations.

Honestly, even though it's only been a few months, I can undoubtedly see, very clearly, that the team at Tier is the most customer-centric one of all the providers I worked with over the past 15+ years. Paired with their outstanding network, solid platform, and willingness to build you any server you need, you can't go wrong with them.

TL;DR: This company puts the "Tier" in "Top Tier."

Got in touch with TierNet after posting about looking for EPYC servers. Patryk reached out super quick and offered a really solid discount for bulk orders. He also helped me pick the right hardware based on what I needed. Everything went smooth and he gave me some really good advice on the best setup for me. Definitely recommend them if you need reliable gear and good support!

This hosting didn't fit my needs. What they need to do to improve is find what other hosting providers such as GeekStorage and HostHuski do. As in performance I get better ttfb with them and they also go by scores and not just plain ttfb. The test was done with just a plain .htm file to find out what the true ttfb really is. There was a time I had 3000ms load time via bytecheck.

I've been with Tier.net for roughly almost 4 months now. No problems, no downtimes, no lag spikes, just pure satisfaction. The vps by far is incredibly fast with fast speeds, the pricing is unbeatable (especially for a vps in Ashburn) and the resources is PURE dedicated. No doubt tier.net is THE best hosting provider ive ever had. I will be staying with them for awhile, thank you tier.net!

My business has had a half rack of colocation with Tier.net now for about five months and so far the service has been absolutely spectacular. Jacob was always very fast to respond during the sales process, and Christopher was fantastic at getting all of our gear setup once it arrived at the data center.

We've had a few network blips here and there (which is typical for our deployments) and Jacob and his team was always quick to respond to us, and help us solve any issues we ran into.

Our customers are very latency sensitive and we've found Tier.net to have very high performance in that regard. We've even seen customers move from our other non-tier.net hosted sites to this site specifically due to it's high performance.

After five years of being a customer of Tier.Net's VPS hosting plan, I can confidently say that they have consistently exceeded my expectations. They promptly respond to support questions and go above and beyond with the type of personalized care that is hard to find anymore.

Gave a false response for terminating account which which they did purely through vindictiveness with the intension to inflict damage to another business. I have every single corespondence between myself and Tier.net. This is a company who writes unenforcable nonsense in their ToS so that they can lash out at clients. Then try to make the client believe that they are Invincible by trying to point out their ridiculous terms.

These terms that many host providers try to hide behind today are refered to as unconscionable terms. Unconscionable describes terms that are so extremely unjust, or overwhelmingly one-sided.
When they lash out at customers and carry out harsh actions especially just for personal reasons, they absolutely can be held accountable. There is some fluctuation here between each state but they are all very similar and the majority heavily frown upon sellers using and trying to enforce unconscionable terms.

I have reported them to the FTC and The Attorney General in Florida and New York. I hope this will save someone else from being injured by this company. Further actions are being taken, as well, because no company in the US has the right to take out their personal haterade on consumers.

Support is superb. Quick chat resolved an issue. They identified the cause of the problem & corrected it without anything additional. Greatly appreciated.

I have been with Tier.net for over a year, I am so happy that I transferred all of my website over to them as I own a website development company and the support is amazing. Tier.net is the best company that I have ever had in over a decade. I love that you can call them, however I love that they have a text option as well.
