Order not received and no refund provided
I placed an order for Padel clothing and balls on 12th April 2025. I waited for the order but it never arrived, i contacted the company to find out what was happening, they provided me with a tracking number (the original one didnt work). This showed that there had been one attempt to deliver the order and then it had been sent to a local pick up point. I received no communication telling me there had been an attempt to deliver the order or that it was at a collection point. By the time i had asked where the order was, it had been shown as not collected and returned to sender.
The company lied and told me there had been three attempts to deliver, the tracking information showed one. The delivery address is a business premises, the one day the attempted delivery took place was a public holiday and the building was closed.
I have asked for a refund and was informed that I would need to wait until the order is returned. I have been waiting several weeks for the refund but still not received. I have tried several times to get the refund but have been unsuccesful. The order was over 200Euros.
The customer service experience has been terrible.
Be very careful when ordering from this company!!
In answer to your question below, i have provided the order number. It was an online order, i have been in touch with your company by WhatsApp and email. I have raised an appeal via Revolut, they inform me they have been in touch with you. Hopefully you will give a positive response to them!
I messaged you seperately with the order number which is Order ID: #659260. The order was placed on line on the 12th April 2025. This is not a false review, you have been contacted by Revolut in relation to the order. As a company why don't you just admit you've made a mistake. You are quite happy to accept positive reviews on Trust Pilot.
The address I provided was correct. i received no notifications regarding the delivery.
You mention two email addresses and one being a spam, it is not I have two email addresses.
It should not be for me to chase the package arriving back with you!!
You're customer service is abysmal. The whole experience of dealing with your company has been extemely stresfful.
I will leave the claim with Revolut to resolve.
I would advise any readers of this to be careful when ordering from this company.
Your latest update says you are still awaiting the return, is someone walking back from Belgium with it!!

The racket I bought came with the following defects:
- Scuffs
- Chops in paint
- The protective plastic on top poorly applied and with glue coming out of it
Additionally, it didn't perform as advertised, and had clear performance defects, as it was basically a stick hitting the ball.
These issues were only noticeable after playing with the racket and comparing it to other players models. Since, in order to test it, the plastic wrap on the handle was removed, the store denied any exchanges for a new one or refunds, and they denied any manufacturing issues.
Note that the racket was sent with only a plastic wrap around the handle and with the head completely unprotected.

Great prices and selection off rackets etc. Delivery in 5 weekdays from Spain to Denmark.
But it arrived in one layer bubble wrap and one layer thin plastic, luckily in good condition.
