Parcel not dispatched, no customer service
Nappies on subscription still not sent 5 days after money is taken. Spoken to customer service who simply do not care that we have neither the nappies nor the money and they have no idea when our order will be dispatched but will not refund so we can find alternatives. First the quality deterioration left us disappointed now complete lack of customer care has lead to us to cancel the subscription. Much better service is required when you are selling essential baby products to parents. Completely unethical and only about the money
