There is no response whatsoever, I’ve called around 10 times this month alone, I’ve emailed 6 times and absolutely nothing, no response apart from “we’ll respond in 24hours”. This gets sent each time but nothing or no one follows up. This was at the start of December, so if you have an issue, you’ll get no where - avoid!

Booked an event through this organization. Covid happened, event cancelled and my funds disappeared down the plug hole. Fruitless email exchanges with ‘Daisy’. If you’re thinking of booking with these then think again.

Refund at last!
Just to say that after 9 months of trying, I have got my refund back. Whether the threat of the small claims court did the trick or not, I'm unsure. But at least they have now paid up.
Shockingly bad
I wish I'd read these reviews before making a booking... I was charged twice. This happened two weeks ago. The automatic reply promises a response within 48 hours: several emails and voicemails have gone unresponded to since then. It's only £16 so I expect they think I'll just stop bothering them eventually... absolutely shocking service. Appreciate they're probably dealing with lots of cancellations at present, but still unacceptable. The worry is they'll go bust and leave a lot of people a lot more out of pocket than I currently am.

REFUND RESULT (sort of!)
Just an update on my refund saga.
After getting fed up with my weekly chase emails and the standard reply of refunds have been issued but allow a few weeks for this to appear (this had been ongoing since they cancelled my event back in April.) I sent a final email and a legal LETTER BEFORE ACTION by recorded post yesterday afternoon. And what do you know???? They have refunded me the face value of the tickets today less than 4 hours after they got the letter! - so this little episode has cost me a bit of money, some hair (pulling out clumps dealing with - or rather not dealing with these people) and a lot of swearing 🤬 but at least I have the bulk of my money back. I suggest that if you are prepared to go all the way to Small Claims / County Court this is definitely the way to go.

SHOCKING - will take your payment, cancel the event and no refund after 3 months... why is this company still in business??

Very poor customer service and refund system!!
By giving this 1 star is over rating this company! I booked 8 tickets for a show in April, which was cancelled and rescheduled in September. This was also cancelled. Sent many emails back and forth for a refund to be eventually told it has been made, after thoroughly checking my bank account, there is not refund. I was told a handful were not made and they will escalate it and get back to me. That was over 1 month ago now and since, I have emailed and been ignored. Will never book anything again with them!! I advise anyone to avoid.

TicketText does not reply to emails. There is no contact number or address. Do not attend a performance with tickets sold by TicketText. Be suspicious of any 'excellent' ratings on line.

Complete shitsters , chasing a refund for months , emailed many times , reply is we are really busy , but will refund you , but still no refund, tried to phone , no luck , disgracefull service , I only want what due to me , pulling out what’s left of my hair , please avoid dealing with this company, I know I will .

This too was my first time dealing with TicketText - apalling sevice!!! I also received the email on 6th April to cancel a performance scheduled for 2nd May due to COVID-19 and that I would receive a refund in about 6 weeks. Fair enough as I would expect them to be very busy at this time. I hadn't received any refund or communication so I chased this in May, via email as there is no other option given, and again in June, (where I was asked to provide booking reference number and details of the venue etc - which I did) I chased again in July as I've still not received any refund and again in August - only their standard 'we are currently working our way through the thousands of refunds that need to be manually processed' - no customer service contact at all not even the option to speak to anybody. Not a very good impression for new customers. AVOID THESE SHYSTERS!

Been chasing a refund for two months now for a cancelled event. Keep getting automated email response and then nothing. Worst customer service. It is so frustrating. It cannot take this long to process refunds.
