There was an issue with a purchase and getting someone through customer service has been a nightmare! I still have not been helped. I would not recommend!!

Cinemark site did not match instructions and would not take ticket code; so, feel a waste of time and money. Had to buy tickets through site and these are not useful.

If it was possible to rate them negatively I would. Spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get ahold of my concert tickets, never did get them. Now they're refusing to refund the money. DO NOT DO THIS.
ETA - They replied below but I've already been following this issue with them for a MONTH. They said they would make a decision in 72 hours! They will not help me. The below is a PR exercise. DO NOT, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Ripoff artists at work. Sold me Disneyland tickets at an inflated price with worthless dining dollars that are not accepted anywhere.
You’re better off buying directly from Disneyland. Don’t trust these scammers.

The ease in selecting and ordering tickets and how fast I received my tickets in my email box! WooHoo!

The fact that you saved me over $200! I have been hard-pressed to find a discount of this kind. This is amazing to me.

The ordering of the ticket was easy and seamless!
Now, let's hope we rec'd them as they are said to be delivered!

Can't beat this deal. >$42 for a 4 pack of Regal ticket vouchers. 1 ticket alone is close to $20 through the Regal app.

Purchased dining credits for Planet Hollywood. It was $50 worth of dining credits - two $25 credits. I paid $32.50. Saved $17.50 for dinner! I purchased it right at the dining table. Both dining vouchers were redeemed on my phone. And the server was very polite and knew exactly what to do. She took it, redeemed it and I was good to go.

Terrible experience with my car rental reservation and its customer service. I upgraded and instead of paying the difference, I was charged a car rental twice: once by TicketsatWork and then again by Dollar Car Rental.
Dollar Car Rental would not calculate what I had already paid into the invoice of the upgrade. I thought TicketsatWork would advocate for me and honor the money it had already collected from me, but it wouldn’t. Maybe other “discount” features it offers are a legitimate service to its customers but the apparent contracts/financial agreements it has with car rental agencies is not trustworthy or ethical.
I disputed the charge with my bank. I have receipts and emails to prove my claim and my experience with the bank has been much better so hopefully after all of this hassle the outcome will be a fair one. I know TicketsatWork doesn’t care about one person no longer using it, but I’m writing to give anyone else thinking about using it to rent a car— a heads-up that their reservation could go sideways and if it does you won’t get the service or help it claims to give you. Go directly to the car rental agencies not through them.

I hope I could give zero star. This company is a scam. I purchased two "discounted tickets" from them at $112 each. When I received the electronic tickets from the venue, it has the face value printed as $46 each. I immediately called them to ask for a refund. They told me they would put in a request and get back to me within 72 hours. 72 hours passed and I didn't hear a thing. When I called them again, I was told that they would follow up with a new request and get back in 72 hours. Several phone calls and several days later they rejected my refund. It is a shame my employer lists them as a perk. Avoid at all costs!

All relevant info for my decision making was readily available. Discounted rate much appreciated.

Apple pay/Venmo options did not work in the check out process.
Had to submit credit card info twice to complete the transaction
