I went thru several hotel locations to reserve…could not book!!!

I went thru several hotel locations to reserve two rooms for my family and the reservation would not go thru. I processed it twice thru my credit card and a red error message appeared twice. I called the ticketsatwork phone number and was told by rep, that the hotel rooms were not available when I went thru your site. I can clearly see ROOMS on showing available on your website. I do not want to go to a site that promises something and I come away feeling frustrated and upset. I finally found a location with the rooms we needed but it was not fun. I should be able to visit your site and have a pleasurable and reassuring experience. This by far was the worst experience I have had with a site offering traveling accommodations. Please, I implore you, a complete overall needs to happen. Meaning, once rooms are not available on ticketsatwork, the system needs to do an update quickly. This way the person behind me that attempts to reserve a room does not feel the same frustration I felt. THIS WAS NOT FUN!!! AT ALL!

I was charged for 2 (19.99) memberships, however, unpon completing the application, I was advised I had a membership. No credit has been issued for either charge.

I signed up for a Sam's card through…

I signed up for a Sam's card through the UHC site. There was no instruction after I paid for it. Do I get a letter or a Sam's Card I do not do the over the phone and other tech related interactions?????? I have vision problems so I don't bother with tech. I don't mess with tech stuff. Do I go to the store and tell them?

took over an hour to book a hotel, the amount of times i had to verify my transaction before they skyrocketed the price on me was insane. ive never had such an awful experience with trying to book a hotel!!! if you want to charge fees include it in the price!! do not advertise a price as such and then go on to tag 100$ OF FEES!!!!

This seems not worth the trouble

This seems not worth the trouble. On 3 movie tickets, I saved only $2.40 total and had to go through the hassle of manually entering multiple pre-paid ticket codes and PIN numbers.

False information

I went to the hotels actual website and noticed that particular room was unavailable. Pretty disappointed as I wanted that specific room. Had to settle for a different room type as Price was $6-10 cheaper.

Absolutely a disgraceful company, you'll spend more thinking you're getting a deal. They're very misleading and it seems borderline illegal if not, outright. I would highly suggest going to ANY OTHER website for a deal.

UI is hard to navigate

The user interface was a bit cumbersome. It took a while to figure out how to delete an item from the cart. I was booking a hotel and there was nowhere to put any special instructions. Now I have to figure out how to do that outside of the booking process. Although instructions said to print out the confirmation email, it was not formatted correctly to print as it should. Also, it's hard to determine how I would cancel this booking if I need to. All in all, a somewhat frustrating UI.

I purchased a sea work ticket for…

I purchased a sea work ticket for single admission and when went the park for admission I was denied the tickets was already used the told me I was sent customer service to be helped and the ticket was used at 1 pm that same day and I got was driving to the park from west palm beach that same day and I showed up top the park at 7 for the winter events only .

complete crap the ticket was lukewarm toilet paper useless and water of money and customer service was just as helpful sorry sir the ticket was already used today and i literally showed the paid parking @7 pm such a waste..

Great Option but Watch for Hidden Service Fees!

I very much appreciate buying movie tickets at a discount especially in this economy. I didn’t appreciate that after clicking place order, a $6 tax and service fee was added. Why wasn’t that number shown before I placed the order? It seems unfair to add charges which the customer is not expecting.
