Scam or Incompetence
Sent me tickets I ordered on a web site my computer didn't recognize. Worked with them (AI) to resolve it over 2 hours never could. Never an issue with Ticketmaster or StubHub. I blame myself for using them, but my advice pay a little extra and use reputable ticket brokers.

Never received my tickets
Never received my tickets. The show is tomorrow. $500 for two people for a matinee of Hamilton. I have to beg them at the box office and show them my seat assignments and confirmation and hope they let us in! The ticket center has zero customer service. If they don't let us in I have to apologize for spoiling my wife's birthday and file a dispute with the credit card company. What kind of B.S. is that?!

You attached to many required cost to my tickets. This is not good practice. I continued as I already had tickets and family could not afford to go with these prices, so continued as I was not given an option to decline then.

complete POS company. No exchanges. My daughter purchased tickets for us at the wrong venue. Their reply? Sucks to be you. "Our policy" says all sales final. When did companies stop having decent customer service? Expect NOTHING from this POS company.
