I had a very disappointing experience with ticket.se. At the time of booking, I paid an extra fee (around 30–40€) because they clearly suggested that this would allow me to cancel or make changes to my flight easily. However, when I actually tried to cancel, I was informed that I still had to pay a significant cancellation fee, which completely defeats the purpose of paying extra in the first place.

This important detail was not clearly explained before the purchase. You only discover these conditions after going deeper into the fine print, which is very misleading.

Additionally, since the booking is made through them, the airline does not assist you directly. ticket.se then asks for extra fees even just to “check” or process any changes. This creates unnecessary costs and a very frustrating experience for customers.

I strongly advise others to be very careful when booking through this company. Make sure you fully understand all hidden conditions before paying anything extra. Transparency and customer support are seriously lacking.

We booked thru ticket.se return flights, Paid all and then later we found out that the outbound flight had not been confirmed and money returned for the flight. So we had to book just one way trip again and that was much much more expensive then it was originally with the return!

So far so good, placed an flight reservation and everything worked fine.

Charge a lot extra to handle it even if ur flight has been cancelled.

The photos of the hotel and room did not match reality! I had to move hotel at a high additional cost and will advise Ticket to be more thorough in their research and marketing!

Unprofessional and dismissive attitude from staff at Emporia Malmö, with poor communication and little willingness to help. I felt treated differently because my purchase was a cheap flight ticket, which should not matter.

Telephone support was also rude. My issue was later resolved quickly and professionally at the Mobilia Malmö location.Will not return

I bought a plane ticket from them and i didnt face any problem with my ticket. So i guess they are good.

Knowledgeable and helpful member of staff. So nice to see competence and efficiency together.
(One "negative" point, not a reflection on my experience in the "shop" but I do seem to be getting a lot of targeted advertising from Ticket in my mail box.)

A few times that I contacted them they were helpful and kind for my request.

Found a cheap airticket through ticket.se and purchased it. It was good service, highly recommended.

Scam. Fraud. Sold me one ticket for price of two. Didn’t give me ticket for my child, had to carry baby on lap.

Everything went quickly, easy to understand and handle at the same time, in other words wonderful and I wish I could do it again and I thank them once again, thank you
