Wrong item and no customer support
I ordered a print cartridge from THS. The parcel arrived promptly (which is why its not a 1 star) but it was the worng. Despite contacting the customer support twice I have had no response. I will avoid in future.

Delivered Item purchased was not as described.
In brief, item was not delivered and returned back to supplier, then when it did eventually arrive it was not as advertised, and had to return it for a refund. Not impressed with this company as a first time customer, no second chances, will not be a returning customer.

Great company, reasonably priced goods.
I ordered 2 packs of toners and only 1 pack arrived. Eventually after 2 emails and an apology, the 2nd pack arrived the very next day.
