Attitude of Gratitude!

It's GR8 to find bargains at ThriftBooks but that wouldn't be enough to keep me coming back. What counts the most to me is that they are GR8 to do business with all around! Including Free shipping :>) What I am most impressed w/is how kindly they treat me as a customer. Over the years there have naturally been a few problems. Their response has been instantaneous! Personally taken care of and resolved with a friendly "Customer First" attitude. They have earned my loyalty and respect.
