Sold shorts as perfect fit that have no waist support.

I have ordered from this company before and was content with product and Customer Service. Not this time and this fired me up so much I will never order from them again and encourage you not to order from them either. I bought shorts that has a matching sweatshirt. The shorts retailed at $78 and were on final sale for $38. Seemed fair until I got the shorts. These so called "perfect fit" shorts have no draw strap, the elastic is weak and unsupportive, and the medium size fall off to the floor on a 32 inch waist. The website said they are designed for a "perfect fit" - I bought into that deception and the owner expressed zero remorse. I spoke with one of the owners and told him they sold me a product that is defective by design and I cannot wear them, nobody in fact can wear them as advertised without them falling off. He told me too bad, cannot take the return they were a final sale. The owner was unwilling to take into account as a repeat customer I have spent literally many hundreds of dollars on their clothes over the years. I told him what would happen if he was unwilling to make an exception to the final sale of a defective product by design that are unwearable and not a perfect fit as advertised - I would report this to the public and never buy again. He was oh-hum: did not seem to care one iota. A final sale was one thing but to sell a product advertised as a perfect fit that is in fact unwearable, defective by design, and to hide the defect in the online website pictures, and to delete all the comments about this product is a different matter entirely. You cannot see in any of the 5 pictures on their website the waist of these shorts as they are covered up by a sweatshirt. The elastic around the waist is also weak no way will they hold up on anyone without falling off. So in the end, while some of their products are nice enough these shorts are not only defective but they sold them as defective while concealing the defect in the online pictures. He stuck with the Final Sale (as one of the owner's exceptions can always be made). He could have taken them back but did not further insulting me by telling me he will report this to his design team. Give me a break, he is one of the owners and is responsible for a defective design - he knew what these shorts are flawed and unwearable. Yet they deceived me the public into thinking the shorts were a perfect fit. As a owner he is partly responsible for hiding the defect on the website by covering up the defect with the matching sweatshirt. Never again Thread4Thought owners, I told you I would post a negative review if you would not take these back - you cannot treat people like this and totally get away with it without accountability in the online review reporting world. It's not the money people reading this, its principle and a thing lacking in today's world - integrity/honor. I also posted this for everyone else who bought these shorts that suffered the same fate I did. For the record, this the only negative review I have ever posted. I did not even have a yelp account but for this I was so upset I created one. If this taught me anything, never accept a Final Sale - there is probably something wrong with the product you wont find out about till you receive it. I trusted this company, my bad.
