MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED ON SATURDAY 1ST AUGUST, EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN EMAIL TO SAY IT WAS DELIVERED AT LUNCH TIME, THERE WAS NO PHOTO, EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THERE WAS ,IM HOPING, THOMSON AND MORGAN CAN SORT THIS OUT FOR ME, AS THEY CHOOSE THE DELIVERY COMPANY, OTHERWISE THEY HAVE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER, PLUS A FEW MORE BESIDES ME,

Plants were healthy but badly packaged and the carrier evri are not the best choice. Even though they did replaced the damaged plants.

Thomson & Morgan are excellent at delivering promptly on 'limited time' offers, where they offer execellent discountrd prices on a variety of seed products. These seeds can be stored and used for next year's planting on my rented allotment.

Sadly whatever star score is given to T & M makes no difference whatsoever to their performance.
Other than reply to customer concerns with a reply a competent 12yr old could write, most probably produced with AI, that is all that happens.
I am asked to review my recent purchase, which recent purchase?
T & M do not give name or photo of purchase.
This is an attempt to put you off leaving a review.
Ignore all the false 4x and 5x reviews, T & M know that another genuine review will be negative.
I have lost count of the number of times I have mentioned the necessity of product ID.
Do T & M take notice? They do not want to change a system that would open them to further criticism.

The plants are always delivered on time, very carefully packed, and good quality produce

So easy to order and a great price. Delivery was within 2 days . Would highly recommend. Superb offers being sent to me after signing up to news letter.

The blueberries were great but the acer turned up with all dry crispy leaves and dead looking. As it was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter I contacted customer service. They sent a replacement which was excellent and in time to give my daughter.

Total waste of money.
The Begonia baskets were in terrible condition, plants all broken, one of the baskets was clearly second hand as was also broken with a very rusty hanging chain. Such a shame.

I ordered seeds. They arrived quickly, packed safely. As thry are seeds, only time will tell on the quality.

as always items well packed and arrive in perfect condition. i just need more garden as i am running out of space for more lovely plants. at 88 i have used thompson amd morgan for many years due to good service and quality of goods. very happy

I love the company.
I don’t love the choice of carrier.
EVRI doesn’t deliver every day in my area, even though I’m in the centre of a town of 100,000.
My plants were looking awful upon unpacking immediately.
One is definitely dead and the other two may revive.
