I am absolutely blown away by the level…

I am absolutely blown away by the level of customer service I received from Jack and the entire thomas sarbo team! He truly went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. Not only did my goods arrive, but they were also in perfect condition, exactly as described. The attention to detail and care in handling my order was clearly evident. Product its self is lovely. Ordered on 16th December as website guaranteed delivery before Christmas if ordered before the 18th. Present did not arrive until the 27th.

Snoopy charm/necklace

Myself and my wife went into the Birmingham shop after she had spoken to Sophie to arrange a delivery of a snoopy charm/necklace from the Manchester branch as it was the last one available at the time.
We dealt with Jess, who was outstanding as customer care goes, patience, very informative with lots of time to explain everything about the product. Hence we ended up buying more than the charm/necklace.

I was happy with the product but was Very disappointed with free gift wrapping. It was literally placed inside a box with absolutely no sign of an attempt to gift wrap it, as described when I purchased.

Honestly a really terrible brand with…

Honestly a really terrible brand with cheap quality, and awful customer service with ridiculous company policies.
I was gifted the gold plated gummy bear bracelet and after a single wash of my hands, the gold turned black.
I reached out via email with photos and my receipt and my concerns, and the responses were not helpful.
I was informed that they can reach me how to clean it, and told that this is bound to happen after repeated wear.
Repeated wear? One wash on the day I opened the package is repeated wear? Huh.
Not only this, but then they said I can ship it back to them AT COST and that they will not be responsible for loss or damaged items.
This is more like costume jewelry and really poorly made, at that.

Tarnishing is a natural process in all Sterling silver-based jewellery and this can be easily reversed through cleaning. It is highly unusual for your jewellery to tarnish after coming into contact with water, however if the bracelet has come into contact with cosmetics or other substances, this may have resulted in a chemical reaction.

Why ruin a good product with UPS?

The product itself is great, but using UPS the worst delivery company in existence makes having to order from them a terrible experience. They lie to you about trying to deliver, then deliver to completely the wrong place. Their customer service is useless since they open after the point where they can affect anything and close before. Seriously use anyone but UPS, give your customers a good experience. I dont want to order from you again due to knowing I'll have to deal with UPS.

Exquisite animal pieces! Nothing compares

My husband and I both own over 30 Thomas Sabo pieces, he is by far my favorite designer! The store in Alberta closed some time ago unfortunately and now I order online less often. The pendants and rings I love the most are the animals as they garner nothing but compliments, they are exquisite! I also have angel wings that I wear often over the last more than ten years at least and people stop me constantly. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is I used to collect the charms, but I found over time the clasps opened on many so were lost and the color chipped off on some. Also, I purchased an angel wing ring many years ago and had to have it sized at a jeweler. Because of this the wing broke off. I took it to Mexico to have it repaired, and I was told the wing is not silver? I can't say something didn't happen when I had it sized but I have not been able to get an answer on whether that piece was never a solid silver item? None the less even in Mexico I have never found animal or angel wing rings and pendants so detailed and he will always be my favorite designer.

I love thomas sabo but i most be…

I love thomas sabo but i most be completely honest. I was gifted a beautiful bracelet with 2 beautiful charm . I was so happy! But i lost both charm because the piece that opens to connect to the bracelet broke! Like both of them . So the quality from the lock should be better! I mean .. now i have an empty bracelet with no charms . Thats sad

Gift Wrapped?

No issues with jewellery or service other than 'gift wrapped' = a cardboard box with the Sabo name on doesnt really cut it when you pay a fair amount of money for an item.
In reply to the prompt responce sorry but gift wrapped or not the cardboard box is a dissapointment when you pay a reasonable amount of money for a nice piece of jewellery.

Great service and lovely piece of jewellery.

Hunted everywhere for a silver ear-cuff for my niece’s Christmas present. I found the perfect one on this website. It is lovely and has an elegant curve which is very attractive. I wish the gift bag had been smaller. Far too big for such a tiny box. However, that’s my only gripe. Very happy with the ear-cuff and I’m sure my niece will be too. Thank you.
