Absolute shit product that didn't even last 2 months before it had to be returned for repairs. Received my watch in August 2025 returned in October 2025 for repairs. Completely stopped working. Received it back in November and now March it needs to be repaired again. They do NOT cover postage when you make a claim under their 2 year warranty. The cheapest postage that can be tracked from Australia to China is in excess of $30. Do yourself a favour and never buy from these shonky people.
ZERO stars... DO NOT BUY THOMAS EARNSHAW WATCHES
I would rate with ZERO stars if that were possible.
I paid full price for a new Thomas Earnshaw watch. The watch I received did not work. I contacted Thomas Earnshaw customer support and sent them a video showing how it DOES NOT WORK. Thomas Earnshaw responded informing me I was not operating the watch correctly which is why it won’t work for me. I’m a watch collector. As such, I know how to operate watches.
Selling a watch that does not work is evidence of very poor quality assurance... on the heels of absurd customer support exemplifies how very bad business process may be systemic at Thomas Earnshaw.
If you purchase a new watch from Thomas Earnshaw, they may send you a watch that does not work. That said, if you want a watch that works, do not buy from Thomas Earnshaw.

Then after 2 month i got a bill of 70 euro's for the delivery.... and if i dont pay whitin days there a legal costs ....earnshaw cons People. Please dont buy watches here People
Still waiting for a responds
I ordered a watch on 12/22/25, yet nothing
I ordered a watch on 12/22/25, and received confirmation of purchase, but that's it. I reached out to the company via email and received a response stating that the watch I ordered had a brief delayed shipping date of 1/9/26. Here it is 1/15/26 and I still have not received any correspondence about my order. I sent a follow up email yesterday and have not heard back. At this point if no one from the company reaches out to me by the end of the week (tomorrow) I will have no choice but to dispute this charge with my bank and they can keep the watch. Why is it so difficult to respond to your customers who spent their hard earned money on your product. Totally disappointing
The watch was beautiful but!!
The watch was beautiful. However after three years a piece of the face broke off and jammed the mechanism. I contacted the company for a repair naturally thinking for the price it would be guaranteed. First of all demanded I produce proof of ownership despite being on their system. They then insisted I mail the watch to Hong Kong for repairs from Australia. Then when I complained they said the watch was only guaranteed for two years. Personally not worth the price for longevity and service is crap.

I don't understand what all the…
I don't understand what all the complaints are about. Over the past ten years I purchased and still own 5 Earnshaw watches and 3 others I purchased as gifts. I've had no problems with any of them and the watch that I've had for 10 years since I was at university is still going strong and keeping time well. When I reached out to Earnshaw about servicing a watch they reached out fairly quickly, even for a minor thing like that. The watches are beautiful, I look after them and they look after me, I would recommend these watches to anyone. One thing remains true that I only ever bought directly from Earnshaw website, except for the very first watch. Recently bought the Baron in Midnight Blue and it's stunning. Cheers.
Love my Earnshaw watches
I have many Earnshaw watches and I’ve never had a problem with one. The company did send me the wrong watch once and they paid for the return shipping and sent me a replacement. I absolutely love their watches.
Disappointing Shopping Experience with Thomas Earnshaw
My experience with Thomas Earnshaw has been frustrating. Despite purchasing from a Eurozone country and seeing the price listed in euros, I was never informed that I would have to pay additional duties and taxes to receive my order.
After completing the purchase, FedEx notified me that I had to pay an additional charge of approximately 30% of the order price in import fees. This was not clearly disclosed during the checkout process, which I find to be an unacceptable lack of transparency.
If you are ordering from the Eurozone, be aware that you may face unexpected costs just to receive your package. A disappointing experience that makes me reconsider ever buying from this store again.

This is good app
Their customer service is terrible
Their customer service is terrible. They don’t respond and simply doesn’t care after the sale. I had to pay more than double for import duties on the watch, and a €150 watch ended up costing €320. Won’t recommend this brand
What a rubbish and cheap watch
Bought an Earnshaw watch as an engagement present for my husband, from Gold Coast Australia in 2017. They look absolutely beautiful and unique and the story of how long they last!!!.... BUT, his fell apart on his 3rd wear. No watch makers could repair it and the shop in GC closed down. To get the Earnshaw Company's service and repairs is very difficult. Watch makers said it would cost more to fix and buy parts as to what the watch is worth. How very disappointing and very angry.
Broke after 6 months, No response from them
My husband bought a watch from them about 6 months ago, then it stopped working.
He contacted the customer service via email immediately because it was still under warranty. And 3 weeks passed... No single response from them.
A very good purchase.
The watch has a very beautiful dial, especially when in the light. However, after a year of use, it broke. I emailed Earnshaw about the watch, and they answered straight away even though I bought it from a different website. I sent the watch, and it got repaired and is now fully functional.
The watch I bought was the ES-8230-02 in Marseille Blue. The dial was 42mm and had sapphire glass. It was a skeleton, and the dial was blue with gold hands and gold roman numerals as the numbers. They say the movement is in-house. However, I think it is probably a Miyota movement. The strap is leather, I am not sure if it is real leather, but it is really comfortable. The weight of the watch is good. It is a open back, so you can see both the front and back workings. The crown had indents for better grip. The buckle has an "E" sign which looks quite good.it has "EARNSHAW" written on the buckle too.
Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.
Worst support ever
Worst support ever. 0 help and a lot of hidden costs. Strongly advise to consider another brand.
Beware fake Thomas Earnshaw Purchased automatic watch for Xmas
Purchased automatic watch for Xmas. Wasn’t working correctly Contacted company which turns out is in Hong Kong and not in uk Can’t return it within their 30day period as it was a xmas present and I received it on 18dec. They have offered to refund or replace if I can send it within 3 days. I have decided not to send it as I certainly don’t trust them at all. Their customer service is totally abysmal. Bought watches from company with this name in the past but it was a uk company and never had any problems. I certainly don’t believe that this is a genuine company
If I could leave zero stars I would.
If I could leave zero star I would. I have a Bessemer watch that the rubber strap fell apart. Thomas Earnshaw does not even sell a replacement strap for their own watch. I’m totally willing to pay $100 for a strap and I can’t. It’s a specific shape at the pin so now the $500 watch is garbage. Absolute bs. DON’T EVER BUY THEIR WATCHES!!!
I bought 2 watches
I bought 2 watches. One of them not even worn was not working at all. The second passed +2 years later. What do you expect from a watch which you can buy looking and working the same like the watches on aliexpress.
Thomas E. support did not show any flexibilty and the repairing company Mistral made an offer to repair the watches for almost like the same price like a new one.
Not recommended!
Plus fake reviews on their site
DONT BUY THOMAS EARNSHAW
I puchased one of these watches and for anyone who is thinking about buying them for their nice price DONT! Their support is the absolute worst I havent seen anything like this before, literally non-existent. No response on polite emails, you literally cant even submit a question to support team on their website, it literally doest allow you! The watch itself looks way better on the photos. When you have it in hand you can feel the chinese quality (very cheap) I was very disappointed by that. Overall really bad, not even worth the lower price. AVOIT AT ALL COST!
I bought a watch
I bought a watch. tw after 7 days a part in it separated. they told me to send the watch to London, but as I see it I will do it privately because it will cost me more if I send it to them. in the end, I had to pay the customs fee, which was supposedly written somewhere at the bottom in small letters, as a hidden cost. I do not recommend shopping in this store.
