Great Service

Great Service, great company. My new door was fitted this week, and it all went smoothly. I'm super happy with it.
They did a wonderful job on the day, Matt & Paul were very lovely and ensured everything was clean and tidy. Thank you to all involved.

Over the year I have ordered windows on…

Over the year I have ordered windows on 4 occasions for different houses from The Window Centre in Christchurch and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that the service before, during and after has been impecable. Their prices are reasonable and the installation has been carried out professionally.

Awful

I lost all faith and confidence with this company after they installed the wrong order.When I phoned Paul on the day to ask him what had gone wrong he replied with “This is going to cost us a lot of money!”No apology or anything! I still don’t know to this day what happened!! So many things were wrong including damaged lead work ,split rubber seal, they glued my alarm sensors back instead of screwing them in , damaged my floor and wall in the hall and the Composite Door had paint coming off it and lot’s more. Eventually after a visit from Paul, and Jason who was extremely intimidating and rude to my daughter and I , they rectified only some of the issues but the second door was also faulty with paint coming off.As I refused to have a brand new expensive door ‘touched up’ they threatened to take me to the Small Claims Court, so I have had to get a Solicitor involved .They have agreed to fit another door but the one they suggested is not the same as the one I have Paul hasn’t even been to see the door since it was installed in February.Now after about 4 weeks I haven’t heard anything from them .This nightmare has been going on now for over a year and has caused lots of stress and inconvenience So far they have only offered me £250 in compensation which is a total insult consider everything, and I hope this will be reviewed .£45 of this belongs to me anyway as I had to get extra keys cut as a I was told the door came with 6 and it only came with 3!I have asked for an itemised bill and they have refused! So you can understand why I would not recommend this Company to anyone . I feel it’s totally unacceptable to wait a year for them to rectify their mistakes and ignore my emails.The people who recommended them to me feel dreadful .I can’t wait for it all to be over 😞They have now offered to replace the door but the one they have suggested is not the same.All I want is the same door I have now without paint chipping off .Surely that’s not too much to ask? 🤷🏼‍♀️
