Was disappointed that code I was sent didn’t work 15 percent of next order, it kept saying I had free delivery but you get that with orders over £60 so yes disappointing.

Top of the bottle was missing
The body fragrance is amazing but unfortunately one of the tops wasn’t on so I couldn’t give it as a gift as I had intended I have kept it for myself instead. Just some constructive criticism for next time x

I’m disappointed with the timeline- I place the order on the 14th with an estimated delivery of 18th. It is now the 21st and still no delivery !!
I would not have ordered on line if I’d know your logistics partner was evri. They have appalling service this alone may change my future orders for the WC.
