Brilliant customer service!
Initially when I looked into hiring a pool there was limited availability, but Lauren was really helpful when I got in touch and managed to provide one. I hired a birthing pool and tens machine, all the kit came very well packaged with instructions emailed. Our baby was very late to arrive but Lauren was really understanding and collected the kit once he had arrived. Will definitely recommend to other expectant mums as the hiring process was seamless.

Excellent service; I had a very last minute request for a birthing pool and Lauren was able to help me out the same day. The pool and everything I needed was delivered and collected really quickly and Lauren was so helpful and responsive, I'd highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. Pool was delivered in time in impeccable condition with all additional parts supplied. I mixed up the return, but this again was sorted in no time. Great customer care and very responsive team. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
