Excellent excellent company and events
Excellent excellent company and events! I’ve been a member for four months now and have loved every event from speaker evenings, movie premieres and members dinners. Have met some incredible people at these and very much think it’s a great club option especially for those new to London. Had no issues with sign up and communication was very prompt when I had a question about membership. Thanks Trouble!

Shocking- no notification on recurring charges and NO customer support. What a shame to sink the valuable concept with such shoddy support.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service
No way of speaking to them on the phone despite requests to do so regarding membership issues.
Rigid inflexible unfriendly response from CEO.
Overcharged me with no prior communication and I have had to raise a dispute with my bank regarding their direct debit policy.
Additional note:
I see the Trouble Club have responded and needless to say they have misunderstood the situation as they could not be bothered to speak to me on the phone as I requested at least twice.
‘This individual’ is a senior medical doctor and has no need or desire to try to avoid paying the membership fee. I see from other reviewers that they complained about having money taken from them inaccurately via Trouble Club’s misuse of their direct debit. There was a misunderstanding which I tried to address but the CEO and her junior emailed me rudely and were unwilling to clear up the confusion with a simple phone call. It’s a shame that they have compounded this by responding to my review with more rudeness and inaccuracy. I remain willing to speak to them but they clearly don’t wish to do this.

This individual claimed to be a member to avoid paying tickets ten times over two years without paying for membership. He was simply charged to cover this period.

Thanks for your feedback. We do use automated replies as we are a very small team and the majority of queries can be answered by our FAQ page. It is impossible to become a member without agreeing both to a recurring membership and to our refund policy. All of which is stated very clearly in our club rules (which you have to agree to when becoming a member), on our FAQ page, our refund policy and our terms and conditions.
