The price is not too bad. Easy to look for a suitable date for booking. Could be better if it shows the weight allowed for check in and hand luggage and seating can be arranged for all of us seated together especially next to my daughter who is only 13 years old.

I am writing to address the concerns you raised regarding the administration fees applied to your cancellation. Due to the ongoing disruption affecting air travel in parts of the Middle East, airlines have experienced a significant number of cancellations and schedule changes. Despite these challenging circumstances, we have worked diligently to support our customers and provide the best possible service throughout.
I would also like to clarify the administrative fee applied to your cancellation. The fee charged was £600 in total, which equates to £75 per passenger across the eight travellers included in your booking. This administrative fee covers a range of costs associated with processing cancellations, including ticket issuance, refund administration, payment processing, supplier handling charges, system costs, and operational support.
We are committed to transparency, and these administrative charges are clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which are agreed to at the time of booking.
Additionally, your reservation was made under a specially discounted promotional fare. These fares are offered at significantly reduced prices compared to standard market rates and are subject to specific airline fare rules and restrictions. While these discounted fares provide considerable savings to customers, they also involve costs that are incurred by us at the time of ticket issuance. In the event of a cancellation after tickets have been issued, we remain liable for certain expenses, including supplier charges, payment processing fees, and ticket procurement costs. The administrative fee helps offset a portion of these unavoidable costs.
As stated in the Terms and Conditions accepted during the booking process, any cancellation or amendment requested after ticket issuance is subject to the applicable administrative charges. Unfortunately, these fees cannot be waived.
