So disappointed, ordered one and paid full amount, was told don’t worry you have one when I questioned it, so I didn’t look to order another as I thought I had one. Had a call to say would be in the 2nd batch and fingers crossed it would be before Xmas. I’m guessing you took too many orders with full amount of money paid. What am I Ment to do now as I can’t get one now? All I got was an email with a refund no phone call or warning

People saying about leaving bad reviews because i missed out, I Pre ordered in September was told it was definitely mine but day after release no contact just an email with a refund- what do I tell my children at Christmas now?

Amazing shop. I pre ordered the PS5 and asked if they could deliver it to my work. And they did. Steve is a Legend. Ignore the bad reviews about pre orders. It's not Toy Planets fault. They was promised loads of consoles and the distribution hub failed them.

Ordered Ps5 in September and told I would definitely get it on release date. Today I’ve been refunded my money and no explanation until I asked. So disappointed with this company as they seemed very good and reputable on here

I heard great things about your store and saw you had the ps5 for pre order, it was a bit pricey but it is hard to get. I got the Spiderman and assassins creed bundle hopefully it comes day one as I paid 9 pound for delivery would give 5 stars but got to wait until I get it.

Very welcoming staff. I spotted ET in the window as I walked by. Lovely collection of retro toys. They specialise in Star Wars items. The arcade section is super. Donkey Kong and the lot. As an eighties kid I had goosebumps! Definitely recommend a visit.

i came across this shop by chance online. i was looking for a nintendo wii. every where i looked the prices were ridiculous people selling them way over what they worth. well this shop got a bargain . i emailed owner he got back to me very quickly put my order through over phone next day and order came there following day nicely packed . excellant service from steve and i wish i live near shop as would love to go and browse. from now on if i need any old consoles or new ones this is where i be buying from. very polite very helpful and you don't get that service a lot these days. well done toy planet for excellant service.

Love this shop. Would travel for miles to go there, but thankfully it's just on my doorstep. Owner is friendly and helpful and stock is top quality. Very active in the community as well. Always something new to see even for regulars. Highly recommend stopping by.

Steve is a super friendly guy and has an incredible range of all sorts of collectible to suit all budgets. Wonderful shop that’s been built up with passion and dedication.

The staff are really friendly and welcoming when you enter the shop. They always come and check that your ok and ask if you need anything. Fantastic service with a smile everytime.

This shop is a little treasure trove for any gamer or collector fan, went in there for a cable to link my old games consoles got one and it’s nice to go in a shop where they certainly have the knowledge of what they sell

Ordered a game via the website in the morning and it was hand delivered by Steve at 6pm the same day. Service doesn’t get better than that.
