Waiting area in reception also a screen with car time of how long till end of the test. Thank you to the mechanics as its a busy centre , were friendly and efficient.
Payment easy with card, mot given in envelope. Very happy.

Great service, quick, clean place to sit with a viewing window straight into the garage, toilets available. Even managed to fit in a quick walk to the nearby lake. Left with a smile on my face and a full pass mot. Thank you 👍🏽

Second year of having my car MOT’d at The Test Centre, Rochester. Easy to book with lots of available time slots & dates so made it convenient. Best thing is you don’t pay unless the car passes.
Receptionist didn’t tell me to put the yellow number block, that she gave me, on my car so sat there with it (I wasn’t the only one in the waiting area still holding it) only to be told by a customer that came in after that it’s supposed to go on your car! I didn’t make the connection as they knew what cars were checked in for MOT right?! So that was a bit annoying. Receptionist probably forgot to tell me because she was gabbing too much.
Anyway, the car got MOT’d, it passed, they ran on time, they were polite and I left happy. Will be taking the car back next year. Would definitely recommend.

Not the first time I’ve used The Test Centre and definitely will not be the last.
I arrived about 15 minutes early, was booked in for 9am MOT, I handed the keys over and walked to the nearby McDonalds… in what seemed like no time I received a text telling me all was done… they obviously started testing early and as soon as I brought the car in.

My first experience of the Test Centre Deptford and I was really impressed. The whole team were friendly, speedy and Ali, in particular, made the whole experience really easy. I’ll definitely go back.
