Established since 2011, we offer a wide selection of official merchandise such as Tshirts, Hoodie, CDs, cassette tapes, and vinyl records (LP) from your favorite bands and artists. We're passionate about music and providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Whether you're a fan of rock, punk, emo, indie, pop, or hip hop, we have something for everyone! We also carry a wide selection of independent store exclusive, Record Store Day and artist website exclusive releases, so you can discover new music that you won't find at big-box retailers. Our staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and we're always happy to help our customers find the perfect music. We also host regular events, such as in-store signings, performances, album release parties, and fan meet-and-greets. So come on down to Ted Ellis today and celebrate the joy of holding a physical format of music. Our physical store is located at 2nd Floor, Espacio Hotel, Bayani Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. Pre-ordering Coldplay Signed Vinyl

Although it took months for the vinyl to arrived in the Philippines (I understand that it is out of Ted Ellis' control), I can still say that my order came in good condition and was delivered ASAP when the store certified that they acquired it. I just hope you can improve your customer service online since it often took a while for you to respond. I also hope that you can improve your pre-order tracking because had I not messaged the store for an update on my order, I will not know that my order already arrived in the Philippines. Nevertheless, the vinyl is working perfectly and is in pristine condition.

Great Service and Legit Quality Merchandise

Seller provides great service as always, very accommodating, responsive, and patient. Had trouble with the inventory for my purchase as it was out of stock at the time and they were prompt in informing me and accommodating my situation. Merchandise is quality and legit as always. No damages, or dents whatsoever, and always plays well and beautifully. Thank you!
