Bit disappointing
Unfortunately the collar came in the wrong colour. The buckle looked like it had been painted as it was chipping. The collar was made of good pure leather but I think it was not as good quality as some of the other designer collars on the market.

We are sorry you were not 100% happy with the 'Grey and Dusky Pink Padded Leather Dog Collar'.
The dusky pink collar is a strange colour as it's more lilac in natural UV light, yet more dusky pink in the more yellow artificial light. Although we think that also makes this collar interesting as both colours compliment the grey very well. We have shown this colour change in both images and explained it in the description on the collar page.
Concerning the quality, the buckle is made from high quality chromed steel and so no chipping should be present at all. The leather is for the outer part of the collar is made from high quality strong shoulder hide, which not only looks great but is very durable and resistant and lasts. The inner leather padding is made from high quality soft cowhide leather, to protect your dogs neck. We are very proud of of the combination of durability and comfort these collars provide.
We take our customer satisfaction very seriously, and advise all our customers to return items for a full refund if they are not 100% happy. Please get in touch with us if you would like to do so.

We always like to hear 'the good and bad' from our customers so that we can improve our store service and this is extremely important to us, however your statement here is inaccurate.
As with the majority of online UK dog bed stores and as stated on our website, we do stock some products that are from Europe, notably Bowl and Bone products as they are a firm favourite with dog owners in the UK and this is clearly marked on the product information page. This particular company despatch direct from their warehouse in Poland and as such must be returned direct to the manufacturers warehouse. Because of this we have recommended a good company for these specific returns as they charge the same rate for their European deliveries as with UK deliveries and pick up direct from your home, this indeed makes things simpler and reduces inconvenience for our customers. All of this information is on our returns page.
It is however entirely the customer's choice as to what company they use to return the products and we can only advise.

Gorgeous collar received, exactly what we ordered. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we would have appreciated more communication, there was no contact between the order being placed and the delivery email 10 days later, so we had no idea what was happening with our order.

Our collars are all handmade to order so they do take a few more days to be sent out, however we are looking into setting up an "in progress" email, so as to reassure customers likes yourself.

Wonderful service from Carrie and her team. I had chosen a collar for Biscuit that would have been too heavy and therefore uncomfortable for him to wear all day but with guidance I was able to select the Robertson tartan Harris tweed that looks very classy. Very happy indeed.

Teal padded leather puppy collar and lead
After spending a lot of time trying to find a good quality leather puppy lead and collar which wasn't just brown or black, I discovered the Stylish Dog Company range and certainly wasn't disappointed.
The colour was exactly how I hoped it would be, the leather is incredibly soft, padded and supple and the finish is perfect! Really pleased with my purchase and my puppy is too!
