We have recently returned from Madrid after celebrating our friends 50th Birthday. There were 26 of us travelling so I was quite concerned about booking restaurants and events before we went as we were such a large party!
My own background is in pubs, clubs & hospitality and I know how difficult it can be when large parties arrive without notice, fortunately I found 'The Spain Event Company', 'Aaron' & 'Souki' !
At first I was very dubious about using a company but all I can say is everything that was promised was delivered and MORE!
Aaron recommended and booked everything ahead of our trip and all went like a dream. We had booked a 'Tapas Tour' on the evening we arrived and we were very lucky to have the best possible guide 'Souki'.
Aaron arranged absolutely everything, meet n greet at the airport, coach transfers to and from our hotel ,tapas tour, I-pad tour, beer bikes and even a birthday cake ! Souki even arranged ballons for the restaurant on the evening of the birthday dinner.
If you have any reservations about using this company all I can say is don't, take Aarons advice and leave him to it.
I had checked prices on everything previously and when I asked Aaron for a quote was pleasantly surprised, in actual fact it probably cost less than £10 per head more than if we had booked direct, this was worth every penny to ensure everything ran smoothly and have one point of contact while we stayed in Madrid.
I will definitely use this company for future trips and recommend you do to!

just come home from a 50th birthday in madrid and Aaron organised lots for us . there was 25 of us and a mix of ages so didn't know where to start but he came up with the goods and it was a fantastic weekend.. he sorted airport transfer and the driver was brilliant, tapas tour on the first night..and on the birthday itself we had a tablet tour which was fantastic fun and brilliantly organised then beer bikes (we had 2) and 2 hilarious drivers that kept us going, we were all left breathless after so much laughing lol ..oh and the pedaling... then Aaron had sorted a place to go for lunch and even a birthday cake...the huge icing on the cake was our guide Sukie, she was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for her and she even came to join us when she didn't have too. she started as our guide but she soon became one of us. can't praise her enough. miss her.. miss madrid.. and thank you Aaron. fab job done

Good communication and helpful advice on the city. Made the organisation easy and our guides for the Friday and Saturday night added to a fantastic weekend.

I'll be totally honest, I was sceptical about putting my trust and 17 people's hard earned cash, into the hands of a stranger who's promising you a good time.
I can honestly say I'm really glad I did. Aaron organised an amazing boat trip (with fantastic skippers) and club night for 17 girls with high expectations. He really pulled it off.
I'll admit, there were nerves due to the slight lack of information we received before the actual trip, however as someone else has written, there was no need to worry- all was in hand and went as smooth as it possibly could.
Great value for money and excellent local knowledge. I couldn't actually recommend enough- so much so, I'm booking another hen in Valencia for next year and hope to use 'The Spain Events' services again.

Thanks to The Spain Event team for organising our trip to Madrid. Everything went smoothly and the hotel arrangements were as we expected. The segway activity was made very interesting by your monitor and I'd say the same for the bar crawl. We were very impressed with Madrid as a city and several of the lads are considering a return in the new year. The Real Madrid tickets were the icing on the cake. Thanks for doing a very god job.

What can I say? Simply a fantastic weekend, meticulously planned by Aaron and the team. Having never been to valencia before it was reassuring to be able to rely on the local knowledge and expertise of The Spain Event. If you want to cut out the hassle of planning trips remotely and also gain an experience that you couldn't put together yourself - then I definitely recommend! Thanks again.

Had a wonderful trip to the Algarve organised by The Spain Event. Anne got us a private cruise at short notice and the experience was brilliant. We knew the event would be superb being the on ground partners of Chilli Sauce and Last night freedom.

Thanks to the Spain Event team for a very successful weekend in Barcelona. The seats for El Clasico were excellent, delivery at the airport all went well despite our late arrival, and your man in Barcelona, Donnie, made some excellent recommendations for restaurants and nightclubs. We spent a few days in Lisbon with a team of 15 people and The Spain Event organized a few events for us (bubble soccer, sailing and dinners); everything turned out really well and all my colleagues were happy, especially with the regatta :)

Had a superb weekend in Valencia thanks to The Spain Event. Stayed in their apartments in a great location near the centre. Apartments were also of a very good standard.

Went on a boat party on Saturday and baby bull-running on the Sunday. Both were fantastic events and good value. They even threw in a bar crawl on the Saturday night that was significantly better than I had expected.

I was a little apprehensive going into the weekend as I knew remarkably little detail about what we'd paid for and, if I had one negative, it would be that - for example, we weren't actually given an address for the apartments before we arrived. It turns out that I had no need to worry though as everything worked out an absolute treat and I would have no doubts about recommending them to any friends that may be trying to organise a Stag.

Also, Valencia is an awesome city for a Stag do.

I arranged a hen party to Madrid through The Spain Event in October for 13 girls. We did wine tasting on the first night and salsa dancing and a tapas tour on the second night. The apartments were in a fantastic location, right in the middle of the city. We all had the ball and your point of contact Cecilia was so helpful and accommodating. Contact with the company prior to travelling was limited at times but all in all the service was great and we all had a fantastic time.

Fantastic weekend in Benidorm on a stag do. We had a baby bull running activity with transport, lunch, drinks etc organised which was a great event.
The representative stayed in contact before the trip as I was initially sceptical about it. They provided references to reassure us.
No hassle during the stay and all went to plan. Would definitely recommend using them and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

A first rate service with absolutely no complaints! Kept in contact well throughout and was very helpful in making our trip to Spain a memorable one with tickets to the Madrid derby! I would definitely recommend to football fans looking to catch a game over there, our tickets were delivered to our accommodation with no hassle and our seats were fantastic!

A big thank you to The Spain Event Team for putting together a wonderful package for my cousins Hen. The private cruise was brilliant with the skipper and crew making it a wonderful afternoon. Really happy we managed to get the Cocktail Class in as well at short notice, the venue was stunning and the bar staff really made the event special. I will upload pics on Twitter.

I organized a Stag weekend recently in Valencia through the Spain Event. I originally rang them to help with booking just one part of the weekend, but their knowledge of the area and activities meant that we ended up doing the whole event through them. Aaron was really helpful and the team on the ground in Valencia were great. Accommodation was excellent and the itinerary was really good – bar crawl, nightclub, bull running, football tickets, dinner – all sorted in one easy way. Would happily recommend and would work with The Spain Event again.

Organised a stag for 25 people through Aaron and the service the company provided was excellent.

Top drawer accomodation, superb activities that cater for all and a 24 hour emergency contact whilst on location should any help be needed!

I organised a stag do in Madrid recently and dealt with Aaron during the booking of the 'Baby Bull Running' activity.

The day was excellent fun, and much more cost effective than other companies offering similar outings. The guide who accompanied us to the bull ring had a great sense of humour and she really helped make the day.

Really happy with the Spain Event, because the whole group really appreciated getting the opportunity to take part in a uniquely Spanish activity and we've got some excellent and ridiculous photos to boot!

Booked a weekend away for the partners of my company to treat us to a little break, after some research I found The Spain Event. Aaron was instrumental in organising the weekend, his recommendations and attention to detail went beyond what I would have expected. He organised transport, a fantastic event and then booked the most wonderful restaurant (Wine Not - if you're ever in Lisbon then get yourself here! The food is amazing and the wine even better!) which catered for a number of dietary requirements which Aaron informed them off in advance of our arrival.

All in all a fantastic experience and next time around I will be using them again!

An amazing stag do organised by The Spain Event. The accommodation was superb and right in the heart of Barcelona and the Beer Bike and bubble football was superb fun!
