Booked cocktail class and night out for 12 hens in Madrid very happy with both activities thank you Alice x

Booked a stag last year with Spain event. Booked VIP area with pre paid alcohol 400 euros (big bottles of grey goose) only to get to the club for them to state that they never received any payments from Spain event. The guide we were with (given by Spain event) backed up our claims too but still no compensation from Spain event despite me chasing. Spain event now ignoring my emails.

Excellent professional service from The Spain Event for several years we have made bookings for stag and hen weekends and found their level of service to be second too none. Especially for activities like bull running and stag and hen night dinners, nightclubs, ciocktails and nights out.

The Spain event organised a couple of things for a hen do I organised and I couldn't thank them enough! Everything they asked for I got and changed anything I wasn't happy with!

Great trip to Madrid, thanks to Alina for all your help and tips especially with Athletico tickets and the meal suggestions. Loved the match. The apartments was well located (bit noisy!) Glad we kept the booking late as you said it all happens late in Madrid. Stag was well pleased and we are thinking of a trip back in spring next year. DM.

Thanks to Amy and colleagues for the Majorca trip for my sister's do. Organisation was all smooth and seamless well done and got lots of tips and help for next year's birtday party. We organised a stag do to Valencia through The Spain Event and had a great time.

In the lead up my only complaint was a lack of formal paper work. Certainly in the UK I’m used to confirmation emails and receipts. However, we dealt with Aaron Chaucer who was really helpful, always available to discuss bookings and details. Making changes was also not an issue, and once everything was booked we received a clear itinerary with all our necessary contact details.

Once we arrived in Spain everything was very organised. Anytime there was an issue, there was a contact number to call and any issue was sorted right away. Location for the hotel was great.

On the Saturday night we had a bar crawl and entry to a club. Our guide was a local girl called Mery who was excellent. She took us on a tour round Valencia’s bars and we had a great night. There was an issue with our booking at the club, which she spoke with the doorman and sorted straight away.

All in everything was very well organised and we had a great time. Everything is arranged with local guides and companies, and having a contact number for any issues is incredibly helpful.

Really impressed with the ease of arranging the activities with Aaron. Baby bull fighting was unbelievable, just as I was assured by Aaron that it would be. Same with the restaurant choice and club. I wish I’d asked opinion in advance on the bar crawl as it could have been a bit more unique rather than a tour round the bars where our guide got free drinks.
