Good service.

I bought a Patagonia backpack from The Snowboard Shop. It took a couple of days to arrive.

I returned the bag because I had a few issues with the design of the bag, namely the boxiness, the poor grab-handle position, and lack of padding, but these are ones to take up with Patagonia.

It took about 2 weeks to get my refund from the day I dropped it off at the post office.

We’ve been customers of the Snowboard Shop for years and can only compliment Darren and his team on their service, knowledge and quality of their gear. Wonderful to have this high quality shop on our doorstep where the staff always have the time to talk you through the kit and you generally find what you want.

Great place for snowboard gear. Recommended to try there by Ski Bartlett and got a great deal on new Salomon dual boa boots - a lucky find as the last pair in the shop in my size. Really friendly, chatty guys who obviously enjoy the shop atmosphere and really know their stuff. Recommended.

I used to come here years ago for all my snowboarding equipment and they were great then but took my 10 year old nephew here on his birthday today to get him his first skateboard set up and they couldn't be more helpful, the guy who served us made him feel really special on his birthday and really took the time to find him his personalised set up. Would highly recommend the snowboard shop

found these guys online and drove an hour to visit the shop. great selection of skateboards. Brought a Globe board and happy with it.

Bought a new pump for my paddleboard. Friendly service and had all the bits I needed. My new go to shop for paddle boarding

I broke the my strap in my bindings and needed a replacement for a trip to the snow centre, the shop had all the replacement parts I needed. Friendly bunch too

The guys there are really approachable and helpful, they really know what they are talking about and they go the extra mile to get you what you need. Thoroughly nice people too, highly recommend

I recently had a warranty issue with a snowboard I purchased from TSS a few seasons back. Darren was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I raised the issue with them. He completely lead the warranty claim with the manufacture on my behalf, keeping me fully informed along the way. The issue was resolved in a timely manner with a replacement sent out with free express delivery. Fantastic customer service, would highly recommend TSS.

Great! Responded quickly to my email asking about stock, remembered that message when I came into the shop, showed me the snowboard and explained it well. I'm really happy with the snowboard.

I was need of some new gloves. Lots of choice and the team were really knowledgeable and helpful.

I was looking for new clothing for an upcoming skiing holiday and visited the shop and brought everything, jacket, pants , gloves, helmet and goggles. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, talking through my options and what would be best for me. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I am now back and the clothes were perfect. Darren and all his Team are absolutely first class in terms of knowledge, passion for the sport and understanding of the specific needs of their customers.

The shop is super cool and feels like you are in the zone… I opened the door to leave and thought I might just step out onto the mountain!

All the equipment is first class and personally selected by Darren. The team have tested pretty much everything so can give you great honest and accurate advice on your planned purchases.

I visited a good few times now and will not be going anywhere else! 😃🤙

The support they have given me to help solve my problem with my snowboard bindings is above and beyond. Really good team of people who know what they are talking about. Highly recommend.

Came to snowboard shop to get a new board, boots, bindings and all new gear. I was welcomed by Darren the shop owner who went through everything in such detail and made sure I was getting the right kit for the type of riding I was going to be doing. Such a good experience and i will be back again for sure!

Have used them multiple time for advice, to buy winter gear and snowboards. They will never sell you anything you don't need and will patiently and friendly work with you to find you exactly what you are looking for.
