Absolute set of weapons selling cars with dodgy MOT’s on them for other people. Unroadworthy vehicles that are actually dangerous. Stay away people don’t let same happen to you what’s happening to me. Now denying all responsibility what stupid people. CAREFUL

Alex & Mark couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process, they knew I was time restricted on making a purchase & worked around my schedules. Staff are very friendly, well presented and honest. With covid restrictions in place you cant enter the cars but the staff are more than happy to show you things working and happy to answer any questions. We travelled almost 2 hours to view the car and did it again to collect the car and when it comes to looking for another one I would be more the happy to use these guys again. They dont push you in to a sale they let the car sell it self. Also its great piece of mind having the 6 months warranty if anything did go wrong.
The smart motor group has been excellent! I purchased the car for a very reasonable price, and I was blown away with how clean and tidy it was. Although COVID restrictions meant I could not test drive, I knew it was the car for me. However, when they drove to the MOT, they noticed something wasn’t quite right. Rather than ignore it, they informed me and took it to the main dealer where the head gasket was changed and a full health check was done prior to me picking the car up - all free of charge to me! When I picked the car up, the customer service I received was excellent, and everything was taken care of.
