They will damage your business
The server constantly needs to be rebooted (3-4 times a week), freezes, kicks you out, etc. Server was totally down for 3 days in April - the peak of tax season. If you are an accountant, stay far away.
This company is a joke and will damage your business with their horrible service.

SAFE, TRUST WORTHY AND HONEST SUPPORT TEAM
I've been using TheSageNext for over 2 years and love it.
Despite sometimes, I have a hard time understanding some of them, they've shown great efforts to help me solve my issues. Prior to using TheSageNext, I was using quickbooks on my business desktop and still had virus protection but always had issues with it not syncing or it freezes and I loose data. My CPA introduced me to this company, and ever since, never had those problems again. I may have had minor issues where I couldn't sign in or I lost my sign in info, they always were pleasant and understood my problem and made sure to help me fix the issue.
They always stay up to date with reminders as well as protecting your info on a secure site. I never felt more at ease working on my computer. Thank you TheSageNext for your support.

Thesagenext Server Freezes
Every since I switched to Thesagenext I am constantly having freezes I have contacted support on many occasions but problem still exists no matter what or where I logon. Support has even changed my server but I still have this problem. I am a tax professional and it certainly was an unpleasant experience during my busy season having clients to wait extended periods of time for the remote desktop to come back online. Does anyone else have this problem and if so how was it fixed?

I was using Lacerte desktop version…
I was using Lacerte desktop version till now. In October last year, I realized I was in a pretty bad situation with my taxes. Felt like hitting the rock bottom. My accountant asked me to be as available as possible but I couldn't stay in my office all day, so I decided to host my Lacerte software on the cloud. Sagenext has been of great help since then. They instantly helped me switch to Lacerte hosting and I can finally focus on my business with a freer mind.
