I want to give a huge thank you to the team at Safer Group for their outstanding customer service. I was locked out of my account and initially struggled to get through via the dedicated support email. However, when I reached out to the general info email address, I received a response very quickly. The representative was incredibly patient and guided me through the step-by-step process to regain access. It’s rare to find such efficient and kind support these days. Thank you for getting me back online!"
