I bought several items from this store. Not initially troubled by the lack of reviews, I now know I should have been. Before ordering I asked for some sizing advice, the representative was friendly and helpful, based on the advice I placed an order. Unfortunately, the sizing information I received was off by as much as 36%, leaving me with unusable items. I contacted customer support about this and they were accommodating to let me return the items. They did however not admit any fault. When they received my return the troubles began. I had at that point paid for items I couldn't use (based on their provided sizing information) and return shipping for these. When returning the items I had been unable to provide the original packaging, as the original packaging was just a sealed plastic bag. Genna G. and the store manager found this unacceptable and would not provide me with a replacement, nor cover my expensive return shipping. Without my agreement, they chose to return me the price of the product, minus shipping and discount (item was on sale), to my Paypal account. This caused a new problem as I now was unable to dispute with Paypal as Paypal already found I had received a refund for the item. So I got a partial refund, not enough to buy another item of the right size, and had to cover return shipping for their mistake. Bottom line, this is a store that cares most about profits, second about packaging and last, if at all, about the customer. Stay away!

You can find thousands of great reviews at our TheRimbaStore Etsy shop. Sorry to hear of this specific problem. We give detailed sizing info as our very intimate products are many times not returnable due to Federal and State laws. Most customers are very happy to know this considering where and how many of our very kinky products are worn. In this case we did provide a near full refund just to be nice even though we had no obligation to do so.
