PART 1
The fact that I got informed afterwards that another type of CBD would be maybe have been more efficient for me than those I had ordered (...) was a bummer. So, what are the drops, I have taken, for? Taste?
After using 2 bottles (which had cost a fortune): no result(s) at all.
’Didn’t/don’t feel anything, ’don’t know what I could- or am supposed to feel.
Not the slightest progress for me.
Still, I do belief in CBD. So the ‘quest’ to find effective one continues; somewhere else.
I didn’t expect miracles but ‘the effect’ is the same like I would have taken 5x2 drops a day of exquisite and therefore, very expensive, springwater.

PART 2 (after mailing again and proposing a solution:
on top, after claiming manipulated chronological order of mails in a response on Trustpilot (can be verified in existing chronologic mail-conversations) and after a long silence on my last but one mail, with a proposal to sort things out; Hanne Illum Kjaer twists her answer AGAIN; turning it into the fact 'it had been my fault ordering the wrong bottles'.
Result: no refunding, nor an alternative offer.
"I could resend unopened bottles" was the answer again, and which was already explained by me that that was absurd because, of course around the first mail, the last bottle was almost empty.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY RUDE (in their 'politeness') TOWARDS CUSTOMERS_read 'patients' or people seeking for alternative help/'medication'. It's obvious that they are in it for the money.
When I would do business in CBD, happy user's would be my main goal, money just a 'necessity'. Happy user's, even after a human misunderstanding, come back. Unhappy user's (like me now) stay away.
Never the less do I continue to believe in CBD-oils but
THE REAL ONES.

NOTE: THIS IS NO PERSONAL REVENGE, although it could be interpreted as so. My only intention is to accept the invitation "to write an honest review about my personal experiences", which in this case is based on facts/proofs. And this also includes empathy towards user's. THEY are the specialists, not the customers; who have to receive the right information and service/product/supplement/medicine (natural).
For you, eventual customer, to get an idea and are warned (although 'subjective' but having being 'objective' as goal).
A pity, because situations like this could feed 'reasons' in future for pharmaceutical lobbies, to push laws which forbid CBD; as already happened with many other alternative cures or nature medicines...
