Cbd Gummies
Having tried cbd gummies for my epilepsy which manifests as very severe spasms, head to foot, I shall continue using the cbd oil as in 36 hours of taking gummies my spasms were horrendous. I reverted to the oil and to freedom from spasms.

Stick with it
For the first week Id say it had little or no impact and I was tempted to use more than one drop but I'm glad I didn't. The second week I used 2 drops and that's when after using it for a while I really noticed the difference. My sleep has become much more settled, I find it easier to drop off even though I work awkward hours and got to bed at different times. Perseverance is the key, it's not an instant fix but once it's in your system it's absolutely brilliant. I'd say it also is the most natural feeling I've had with a sleep product, so it doesn't feel intrusive. As in once you've taken it you just feel sleepy steadily. I've also found that I'm much more alert when I wake as I've slept better.

Unpleasant taste and price
I know it's CBD of course, but it really tasted like weed. Unlike other brands. I also completed an online survey with the company before I purchased to find which product was suitable, so I was surprised to be disappointed with it. It was also twice as expensive than when I purchased the same strength/quantity at Holland & Barrett in the UK. For these reasons I wouldn't buy again.

Hi Joe, Thank you for your review. The 5% CBD oil you got from us is a raw oil which gives the "weedy" taste as you call it. We also have refined oils which are softer in taste. I wish you would have contacted us first before your purchase so we could have guided you better. I believe the prices are the same as on the UK market.
