SCAM Same experience as all previous reviews, order placed on 24th Dec 2024 and as of today 16th Jan 2025 still no order received. Sent numerous email's with no response and the landline is now responding as unavailable. Website is still up and running and taking orders (Veterans money!!). Checked Companies House and not a single mention of them, maybe the RAF contact them and obtain their stealth technology!! because they are there but nobody can see or hear them. don't know if their is a Dept within Trading Standards or similar organisation that can have the online shop removed to stop them trading (Thievery) or if there is enough of us report this to the Police, they are obviously just a criminal setup using the online shop as a front to scam customers / veterans out of their money, knowing full well that it is usually for a relatively minor amount of cash and we'll just write it off after many unsuccessful email's and
phone calls, but it doesn't take to many unsuspecting veterans for the scam artist to get very rich from us!!
***UPDATE*** We've been doing some Sherlock Holmes..ing and the landline is registered to an electrical PAT testing company in unit 20 of the same business location, there are also a number of other businesses in this location that have received one
star reviews from this location could they all possibly created by the same criminals? also don't know if this is of any relevance being a Gen Z Luddite but the website is powered bya company named Opencart which is located in Hong Kong and is trading along the same lines as Shopify (eCommerce store platform)

Paid for items then nothing. A complete scam. Would give no stars if possible.

This company is a scam. I ordered 2 Veterans car stickers on the 24th Oct which still have not arrived. I have emailed and sent the contact form but still no response from them.
Absolutely disgusting

I`v tried to get in touch about my order that a placed on the 18/09/24 phone number not been answered the no on the internet does not work. Money has been drawn out. do not use this site. I wish trust pilot could do something about sites like this, Amazon are selling products through them they need stopping.

SCAM! STEER WELL CLEAR. Will be reporting to Trading Standards and Action Fraud. They take your money with no intention of selling you a product. They don't acknowledge or reply to emails and just ignore you. There is nothing in my order history when it should show the item i ordered. Luckily it was low value but it's the fact this is not the only time it has happened as you can see in previous bad reviews, which they dont acknowledge or reply to either. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I can't see they are registered with Companies House and the website is not secure.... http not https. A so called company that can potentially rip off war veterans looking for memorabilia is the lowest of the low. DISGUSTING 😡

Take your money and then nothing.Ingnore your emails and phone calls. They are scammer’s.

Unsure what is happening now and can't get to the online shop/site.
Ordered a couple of Veterans stickers for the car and no response when I have emailed.
So thought, OK I will reorder just incase I messed up and now no comms whatsoever from them...

Site is a scam, they don't send products and just steal your money. Steer clear.
