Would be a zero if it was an option

Would be a zero if that was an option. Sent a product, but was labeled as coffee Zyn, but obviously not coffee flavor, and pouches don't look like coffee zyn. Tried to run "rewards" code on can, which came back as "code already used".

Attempted to email for return per their return policy, but received a return email that "this email address doesn't exist". Read through return policy and it says "we're dedicated to providing quality USPS stamps"... WTH do stamps have to do with nicotine pouches (pouchesclub.com)?!?!?

I got a product, so not sure I can say it's a complete scam, but wrong product, and non-existent return capability! I don't know if the product is even made by Zyn, or contains anything that is written on the label!!!
