I had a great experience with The Post Lady and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a shipping service. I think they are much more trustworthy than the big companies that do this and I was relieved to find a small team of real people. They have a great website, explain the process to you in detail through email, and keep things moving through their system quickly. I wanted to order one mug from someone who didn’t ship to the US, and the whole process from start to finish took about two weeks. Amazing service. I liked them so much I wish I ordered from abroad more often!

I have been using Post Lady for about 2 years now without any issues. Their team is awesome and is quick to answer questions when needed. They walked me through patiently how to do my first shipment and I was hooked from there.

I've used this service a few times and had zero issues. My last time using it I received a wrong item from a shop that was sent to post lady.
I reached out to post lady for information on my package and they replied immediately and offered so much help! They gave me all the info I needed to send to the shop to get a replacement item.

They helped me to deliver a product from a Chinese store to Poland via the UK. The Post Lady support was very helpful and even though we had a few minor technical issues on the way, we managed to to sort them out quickly :) Just by reading their instruction on how to properly fill in the delivery address, i could tell that they genuinely care about making sure everything works out. This service offers great value for money! I would recommend it to anyone with similar needs

Signed up for Post Lady to get a Mummy loungefly. Straight forward instructions for how to ship from a UK shop to Post Lady, & from there it was very easy to ship to my home address. My bag came to me in pristine condition, very well packaged! Very satisfied with The Post Lady!!

I still can’t believe how cheap and easy this was. For only $20 + a $3 per month subscription, I received a package in California from Germany after only a week.
