Great website, one of the best live chats I have used Rosenna was particularly efficient and helpful.

Costumer service answering quick. Withdrawals are random. When I opened my account it was almost instant. Then I had to wait hour or 2. But when I messaged live chat it was pretty much done then.

Unfortunately website is crashing very often and bet placing is LONG. Even if I have accept all odds movement done when odds changing while bet is placed all crashes and I have to start from beginning. Annoying is stake restriction in some bets. Even if my account has no restrictions placed. It’s frustrating and something could be done about it.

Well after reading the reviews. I assumed this would be a fair site.
This site could not get any further away from fair.
My first day playing tonight. And iv just lost 800 pound. Deposit after deposit. And can not get a scatter feature on anything. Iv never witnessed this bad play. Zero fun out of 800 pound. I may aswell just transfered it to them. Same effectively. I tried multiple games trying to get a little gameplay. Out of it. But its genuinly took all there features away. Ignore the rtp crap im goin to get back off them there rtp runs of millions of spins. But still dosnt justify 800 pound with out a feature. Im extremely suprised how bad and predictable this site is.
The only time i got a feature tonight was when I lowered my stake to 10p on big bass. And then it came in and gave 40p return. Extremely sketchy.

Also all posotive reviews are from customer service. Not from the slots.
All i can say is avoid at all costs.

Iv just tried anoyher 400 pound stupidly. To see if it was just a bad start i had.
And this was even worse. Out of 400 pound i have had 8 mins of play. On 1.60 stake. This site is extremely greedy and its lituraly. To the point where im reporting them to gambling commision.

Reduculous. Stay away. If you play its at your own risk. But i promise my review is truthfull. And genuine.

Update again. Another 800 in. Realy tried my best to get some sort of play out of this site. And i cant. Its fradulant. And i went on live chat. Ky rtp is running at 80 percent. Scam. That.
I asked to make a conplaint and the self excluded me. Full stop. Gamblimg commisiom conplaint is now in place.
The gamblimg commision said i have to conplain with them first. But i tried that and this site isnt interested. So iv told them i want the game play checked as this is theft. At this point.

Don't know yet, as I was informing them about the death of my brother.☹️☹️

I received excellent service during my call today with the customer service representative. She was polite & very helpful to my enquiry, was knowledgeable & was able to resolve my requirements. This is why I gave a 5 star ratings for the service I received today.

If you forget to check your selections they will let you know if you're a winner. I've being doing the pools for years always look forward to the results on Saturday and check my teams.
