Was a last minute "find somewhere to…

Was a last minute "find somewhere to eat" on our way back to our hotel in Cambridge. No regrets at all even though we did wonder about a slightly limited menu, we treated ourselves to the fillet steak and one word - WOW. Cooked to perfection with a perfect accompaniment of charred cabbage, grilled broccoli stems & new potatoes.
Amy was our hostess, perfectly presented, knowledgeable and an absolute delight & asset to any front of house position - thank you. I also enjoyed the mojito panacotta, perfectly balanced & just the right serving after such a fabulous steak.
I would be back if we lived closer but have no hesitation in recommending this gastro-pub.
Toilets immaculate, tables nicely spaced , lovely outside area & good sized car park.
