Excellent product and service
Excellent product and service. I ordered on a Thursday at 2pm and was delivered to my house the following morning at 9:30. Really impressed with everything and the phone is like new

Excellent and efficient business to deal with, their service is fantastic and customer service was all of the above ,the item I ordered wasn’t in stock but I received an appreciated phone call explaining and was given an upgraded item for the original price ,it’s the little things that make the difference ..thank you!!

The item ordered wasn’t actually in stock, but was contacted promptly to explain when it was expected & offered a refund if that wasn’t ok.
I could wait so that was fine. Excellent communication throughout on updating and offering an alternative when there was going to be a further delay.
Will definitely use again!

Had such a wonderfully straight-forward and easy time dealing with ThePhoneShack. Phone was delivered the day after ordering, I was kept updated about shipping and my order, website was easy to navigate and Tom gave great advice, as well as service with a smile!
