They burnt my skin! I went in and showed them and they have done NOTHING! I am so shocked and horrified. They have scared me.

I had an allergic reaction and they refused to refund me.

Worst customer service ever - they do not even check the product but refuse refund on following grounds: "We can also confirm that there have been no changes to the product formulation or raw materials, and we have not received any similar complaints regarding this batch."

Essentially, since no one else has complained about a fault with the product, they don't consider it faulty.

Steer clear of this company - the products don't appear to be of good quality.

Placed an order 78214 with them over Christmas paid for express delivery and product just arrived yesterday. Has to be the worst customer service experience - still no response to my chat, email or WhatsApp, surely they have a process to handle customer queries? These products aren’t cheap and if they want to keep their loyal customers happy then they need to fix poor quality service.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever come across. So dismissive and no help at all. I will never buy from them again. I was fleeced with duties, and they would not arrange to have the product returned after I refused to pay!!!! And my order was €196!!! No help at all. Ans no interest in helping a regular customer!!!!

Terrible experience. Ordered a large value of goods. No products! No information and the Phone no. Doesn't work. Now have to do a claw back from my bank! Disgusting.

My products are delivered in very good condition. I recommend their products to anyone who has sensitive skin just like mine.

I have purchased Organic Pharmacy’s 120 caps of lion’s mane mushroom of 2 bottles. I would like to inform all I won't recommend this to any one. After taking 120 capsules I did not notice any changes or any improvement in my cognitive function nor in my brain fog, just wasting of money and time

As a busy mum of two children, I decided to treat myself today. I went for the green coffee sculpt massage and Kristina provided my treatment. She was friendly and reassuring which made me feel very comfortable. I enjoyed my experience with her and felt relaxed. I would happily recommend others for this treatment especially for those who are looking to uplift their body through sculpting. Thank you Kristina, I will be back!

I have done the Forma Sculpt treatment with Kasia and it was wonderful. I could see immediatly results on my face.

Spammers. Will not go away. Been blocked and reported but keep on spamming week after week. Avoid them.

Beautiful clinic in Chelsea. I had a Rose Crystal Facial with Kasia and my skin has never felt so amazing after. A professional service and excellent experience. Great products too ! The carrot butter cleanser is a must have for me !

The product is easily absorbed and feels great, unlike a lot of oils which just sit on the surface of my skin. The box arrived with six full ampoules and one empty ampoule. It took a while to resolve that but customer services were friendly and helpful, and issued a credit for the empty one.

Second review still haven’t had a response following my complaint so shows what they think of the customer service-
Don’t expect a refund if your product is not as expected or you have a reaction as I did because once they have sold it to you they don’t seem bothered!!
Wish I’d read reviews on them and not been led by the name . Would not recommend avoid definitely?!!

Awful experience.

Ordered has never arrived after several chases. Paid for next day delivery, that's a joke. Avoid, avoid. Used to love their products, what happened?

Their health assessment tells you completely false and potentially dangerous information just to try and up sell their expensive products. When I proved proof that all their information was wrong, they had nothing to say and ignored me.
You are also charged a premium rate when complaining on the phone, which costs you more money and is done to try and put off customers complaining. I have chased my complaint about 10 times and everytime I am ignored. AVOID this place. One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Really disappointed. Read an article boasting about how good this tan is, however it doesn’t tan you at all. It doesn't smell as nice as they lead on and the bottle makes it hard to pump anything out, wont be buying again.

I absolutely loved my urban facial from start to finish. Beautiful treatments rooms and amazing products. The massage was incredible. I came out feeling relaxed and my skin was positively glowing. Thank you very much!

I absolutely love the Rose Diamond eye cream! It is the best eye cream I have ever had, so creamy and leaves my skin feeling moisturized.

I am a severely disabled lady and on 1 August 2021 I purchased Rose hip oil for the first time from the Organic Pharmacy after reading positive reviews about their products.

As I have very restricted mobility my son opened the parcel sent by the company yesterday. However, I received a bottle that is 'old'.

I have also been undesirably insulted and discriminated against by Silvia in their customer services department. She had the gall to suggest that the Rose hip oil I received was not purchased from their company's online department. Silvia also really offended me by suggesting I contact the retailer it was bought from, thereby suggesting it was not purchased from the Organic Pharmacy company.

As I have previously explained I may unfortunately be disabled but I in no way lack intelligence and I am not dishonest. Therefore, I have contacted Trading Standards to help me with my complaint. They informed me that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods sold to me by the Organic Pharmacy 'are not of a satisfactory quality and not fit for purpose'.

Therefore I contacted the Organic Pharmacy and requested a new replacement Rosehip oil product or a refund of my money.

I have as yet not received a response.
