This company is a scam. Do not order from them. I placed an order which i have not received and they do not reply to any emails. I will be reporting them to the company fraud department.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Offered a 50% refund 6 months ago never received it. Have email several times no response. Have now been blocked from their site. Would not recommend them what so ever. They boast a top class 24/7 customer service but this is so far from true. Be careful buying from them.

I made an order for a pillow on your website, on the 28th of March, the money was already taken from my account through PayPal, I have not received the pillow, I have emailed you 5 times so far and not even one response back. The optimum Health don't communicate with customers, leaving the customers in doubts.

I BOUGHT ONE OF YOUR PILLOWS A FEW MONTHS BACK. THE FOSM IN SIDE HAS SPLIT ON BOTH SIDES. I HAVE EMAILED YOU BUT NEVER GOT NO ANSWER. YOU TRIED TO SHUT ME UP BY REMOVING MY PHOTOS ON YOUR FB PAGE. I HAVE SENT YOU YET ANOTHER EMAIL WITH MY PHONE NUMBER RING ME ASAP
