The founder of the company, Julie-Ann Muldoon established The New You Plan in October 2009. Her inspiration, enthusiasm and dedication to the company were born out of her own experience of a Total Food Replacement (TFR) diet. Julz wanted to help others achieve their weight loss goals in the same way with one major difference – to provide the best experience possible while you work on creating the best ‘You’ possible. From this her ethos was born, this is to help people by giving them the tools, support and motivation to actually achieve what they set out to do. The New You Plan diet works on the same principle as other weight loss companies that offer a Total food replacement (TFR), Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) programmes. This however is where the similarities end. You will receive ongoing support from ‘The New You Plan Team’. Our list of support tools for customers is so expansive you will be able to find something new to excite you literally every day that you are on your weight loss journey. These include, blogs, Success Story’s including interviewee tips, webinars, coaching programmes, the private and exclusive Secret Slimmers group on Facebook to name but only a few. The excellence of our products is guaranteed by complying with the following regulations: Compliance with NICE clinical guidelines covering obesity and very low calorie diets. Compliance with EU Directive 2009/39/EC and of the Council of 6 May 2009 on foods intended for particular nutritional uses. Compliance with Commission Directive 96/8/EC of 26 February 1996 on foods intended for use in energy-restricted diets for weight reduction, as amended. So disappointed!!!! Having done the 1:1 diet where the products are lovely, I thought id try these... they are inedible with a horrible chemical smell and after taste 🤢🤮🤮 total waste of money

Delivery option not guaranteed
Although the order was processed and sent out quickly, I DID opt for parcelforce delivery as I had lost confidence in DPD with them not leaving parcels in the lockers I choose for delivery. Luckily this time round the parcel was left in the lockers and not taken back to the depot. Yes it was half price delivery and on this occasion was only 50p difference but it should be noted and ensured that when customers choose a particular delivery option that it is honoured.

Just to clarify, the issue is not usually with the courier themselves, but with locker availability at the time they attempt delivery. If the selected lockers are full or unavailable when the driver arrives, this can affect whether the parcel can be left there, and in some cases it may be taken back to the depot or redirected.
We’re glad your parcel was successfully left in the lockers this time, and we do appreciate you sharing your feedback. We know delivery choice is important, and we’ll continue to review this with our delivery partners to make the experience as smooth as possible.
