Excellent service from my mortgage consultant, Laura McBurney. Process started on Monday morning with an initial consultation and by Friday morning I had a confirmed mortgage offer with the solicitor.
Laura is both professional and personable, and made the whole process stress free.

Calling in regards to a product switch
The service in regards to a product switch was excellent from start to finish, Katie was thorough and attentive. I much appreciated how smooth the whole process was and my problem was solved within the phone call. I feel more at ease calling the centre with any future concerns, thank you again. I don’t normally send reviews but I feel as this was necessary.

I am extremely disappointed with The Mortgage Works and the way they handled my mortgage application.
The whole process took far longer than it should have, with constant delays and very poor communication. I felt like I was being led on for weeks, wasting my time while getting little to no meaningful updates. The experience was frustrating from start to finish and caused unnecessary stress.
I expected a much more professional and efficient service. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.
I would not recommend The Mortgage Works to anyone based on my experience.
